Kamers erg klein ontbijt goed.
Pros:

Ligging in de buurt van leuke restaurants.

Geen parkeerplaats meer kon ook niet reserveren.

Ordentliches und stylisches Hotel mit kleinen Mängeln
Pros:

Gute Lage, das Zimmer war von der Ausstattung her gut. Vor allen Dingen waren Bett und Matratze ausgezeichnet

Cons:

Der Safe funktionierte nicht, habe ich gemeldet, ist aber nichts behoben worden. Das Zimmer war ein Doppelzimmer zur Alleinnutzung. Also mit 2 Personen wäre das schwer gewesen. Ich habe etwas umgestellt, damit der Koffer genug Platz hatte, um geöffnet liegen zu können.
Gegenüberliegend vom Hotel ist aktuell eine große Baustelle. Hat mich nicht gestört, da Baulärm nie vor 7 Uhr war und auch nicht ständig..Man ist halt nicht auf Land, sondern in einer Großstadt.

Demande une meilleur organisation lorsque l'hôtel est full
Pros:

Le design.
Le calme dans la chambre.
La propreté.
Personnel accueillant.

Cons:

181€ pour 1 nuit une personne pour une toute petite chambre.
On a à peine su profiter du petit déjeuner à 10h15 car salle pleine ... pratiquement plus Rien à manger.
Plus de tasses... plus de couverts
Personnel en sous effectif ! !!!

Jammer van de tresvolle situatie bij aankomst omdat we onze auto nergens kwijt konden. Verder oke.
Pros:

De kamers waren netjes en de badkamer erg verzorgd.
Het ontbijt was prima verzorgd. De hoeveelheid mensen die tegelijk van het ontbijtbuffet gebruik maakten was teveel en het personeel kon het bijna niet aan. Ook 2 koffiemachines was erg weinig op zoveel mensen.
Mooie tuin om te zitten.

Cons:

Ik had dit hotel geboekt omdat ik had gelezen dat je er goed je auto kon parkeren. Toen we aankwamen bleken er maar 6 plaatsen te zijn en had je dat van te voren moeten reserveren. Het personeel dat aan de balie stond was niet behulpzaam en begripvol voor onze situatie.

La chambre , l'accueil, la propreté c'était très bien

Cons:

Y a un sérieux problème au déjeuner je n'ai pas pu déjeuner car plus rien à 10h ... plus de tasse plus de verre ... plus de pain ect . J'avais quand même réservé avec le petit déjeuner. Maintenant 1 seule personne elle ne sait pas faire de miracle ...

Ça s’est bien passé
Pros:

Le petit déjeuner était correct en self service. L’emplacement est bien et le quartier n’est pas bruyant.

Cons:

Il n’y avait pas de sac poubelle dans la poubelle de la chambre. Le parking de l’hôtel était déjà plein avant notre arrivée. Ils nous ont indiqué un autre parking fermé qui se situe à 8 minutes de là en voiture. Du coup on s’est garé n’importe comment dans une rue non loin de l’hôtel

Staff and breakfast options were great. Location was good and it was easy to get into downtown Brussels.

Cons:

Based on the description on your website, I did not expect the rooms to be sooooo tiny! There was no room to put opened suitcases and hardly any room to move around the space. The closet took up a lot of room had about three hangars and lots of empty space which was not really useable. A small change, like adding shelves to the closet would be a huge imrovement. Also, why is there a desk? Why not a bureau to put clothes since we had to open our suitcases on the bed every time we wanted anything. Apparently this is your business model, but you should make it clear to guests up front. I would not stay at an Ibis Hotel again based on the size of the rooms alone.
