Claridge House is in a great location, the staff are all friendly and helpful. Good val
Pros:

The staff was super professional and friendly. The room was ready early when we checked in. The lobby and bar are super cute and welcoming. Great drinks at the bar.

Cons:

The room is pretty small, which is okay, but the bathroom is minute, and for two people getting ready, just too cramped.

Great area. Great relaxing outdoor tables on sidewalk
Pros:

Location was great. Loved the lobby area with the bar and tables. Really loved the seating on the sidewalk in the shade. Ms. Cookie ?? at the desk was super helpful with a room change. I appreciated her kindness and help with the situation

Cons:

Rooms small with awkward layout due to older building. First room we were put in was extremely dark and faced an alley with a fire escape. Requested a move. They did accommodate to the only other room available which was brighter but still faced parking garage close to our window and other rooms facing ours in a different alley. Also our room was not cleaned in the am between nights.

It was okay, but we didn't feel like the level of service was equal to the price.
Pros:

Clean. Good AC. Comfortable bed. Good location. Nice neighborhood. Outdoor seating was a nice touch. Evening wine service is a nice touch.

Cons:

Shower / toilet area ridiculously, irritatingly small. AC very noisy. Hallways claustrophobically small. For $400/night, should provide cleaning and fresh towels every day. Bug in the room.

Generally speaking, once upon a time, hotel sought to provide services to guests; nowadays, minimal hotel staff seeks to have as little interaction with guests as possible.

The rooms didn’t have windows or had windows on staircases which made it very dark, stuffy and claustrophobic.

Worst Hilton I Stayed In
Pros:

Room was musty and no offer to do anything was given until the day after telling them. It smelled so bad that you could taste it. Only 1 ice machine in the whole hotel. Only restaurant is all sushi. Mold in the shower. I would not stay here by choice ever. I had Uber bring air freshener as it was so bad. One of my teammates had dogfood on the floor of her freshly cleaned room and also had to change another night as the fire alarm went off for no reason. My CPAP still smells like this nasty smelling hotel room even after multiple cleanings.

Pros:

They only clean the rooms every other day. Absolutely will not stay here again. Came back to room and the desk attendant had to bring us towels and coffee pods for am.

Staff so helpful and kind! Big thanks on that point.
Pros:

The best part was/is the staff. All excellent and so nice and kind. Building a little (ha) old but room nice but very small. Needed more space to hang clothes.

Need more and better food and more space to hang clothes.
