The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast had a lot of choices.,
Pros:

The check-in was easy, the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was good.

Cons:

Our room had a few issues. The shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were empty. There was no hand soap at all. There were no liners in the garbage cans. Staff was very receptive and brought the items. Since we didn’t know how to replace the empty ones on the shower wall, we put them on the shelf. The shelf broke off.

Just ok.
Pros:

The location was close to everything we were planning to do. Breakfast was decent.

Cons:

The room was not as clean as our many other previous visits. The pull-out couch was broken, and the mattress on the couch was gross and needs to be replaced because the springs were poking out. Not the most comfortable night’s sleep. The $17 parking fee is also ridiculous. I had to pay it twice for 2 cars. This is an annual trip and I will think twice in the future about staying at the Embassy Suites as we have in the past.

Love this place but I wish it was more clean.
Pros:

The best part of this hotel is the staff. They are super kind, caring and go above and beyond while doing their job. The free breakfast is a huge perk. You can tell the staff works very hard on the breakfast and evening cocktails. Everything tastes delicious too.

Cons:

Our room had a lot of mold in the bathroom, on the walls and in the tub. It was coming out of the drain for my baby’s bath every night. The indoor pool wasn’t heated either.

Great Stay on a Packed Weekend
Pros:

What a wonderful time at the Embassy Suites Tigard! We were there for a soccer tournament along with several other teams. The hotel was packed but the staff handled it with ease. We were a little bit nervous with the hotel being at such high capacity that there would be long lines at breakfast or the manager's reception but that wasn't the case at all. Breakfast was always very well stocked and the omelets were superb (though there was a wait for the omelets, but for anything made to order there is). The staff was all very friendly and helpful, going out of their way for every single guest to ensure they had the best possible stay. Thank you so much, Embassy Suites Tigard!

Ok
Pros:

Beds were comfortable. The couch bed needs to be replaced. It was really bad. You can feel the metal in the springs. My teenage grandson said that the floor was more comfortable. When we took the cushions off the couch the couch was full of crumbs! Gross! I did call for clean sheets. There were several soccer teams there so there was a lot of hallway noise. Kids were running in the halls and being really loud. We could not use the pool because there were kids playing too rough for our 5 year old. There was no one watching the kids either. Breakfast was good. Street noise was not too bad. I loved having Target across the street.
