The bed was comfy.
The cleanliness. There was food in my fridge and the bathroom wasn't very clean. There was unidentifiable stuff on the shower walls. Advising your guests about an event that took up almost the entire hotel would have been nice. People from the event attempted to keep us from re-entering the hotel to get to our room because we didn't have a badge on to enter the event.
Food was plentiful. Bathrooms in the lobby were very clean. Bed very comfortable.
Lots of water on floor in elevators & outside pool. Bathrooms off ballroom smelled BAD, almost stomach turning- for the second year in a row. Small sink in room was full of mold, folded towels had hairs in them, sheets had small holes and a short black hair, hairs in tray holding ice bucket & clean glasses. Recleaned room upon arrival, for the price, shouldn't have to! Overcharged above agreed room rate, had to argue to get credit. Hotel charges $40 per night for " incidentals" not stated upon reservation ( they do return this if not used). Received " parking violation" for no parking pass ( along with 10 others in our group), not only was parking pass in car, but room key & folder were on dashboard too!
The rooms were larger as expected. The restaurant/bar was used and the food was acceptable. Complimentary breakfast was great. There were 3 elevators and they were very fast.
It was a longer walk to the room and past some garbage left in the hallway in the afternoon and overnight. (The elevator was only on one end of the hotel). There was a charge for parking which was interesting since it was so close to a large mall with a parking area.
The staff was incredible we had such a great stay. The room was comfortable and quiet, we really enjoyed the happy hour and the breakfast was great.

The check-in was easy, the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was good.
Our room had a few issues. The shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were empty. There was no hand soap at all. There were no liners in the garbage cans. Staff was very receptive and brought the items. Since we didn’t know how to replace the empty ones on the shower wall, we put them on the shelf. The shelf broke off.

The location was close to everything we were planning to do. Breakfast was decent.
The room was not as clean as our many other previous visits. The pull-out couch was broken, and the mattress on the couch was gross and needs to be replaced because the springs were poking out. Not the most comfortable night’s sleep. The $17 parking fee is also ridiculous. I had to pay it twice for 2 cars. This is an annual trip and I will think twice in the future about staying at the Embassy Suites as we have in the past.

The parking spaces are way too narrow!
