Great location for a quick trip to visit family
Pros:

The room was very clean and bed was super comfortable. Nice to have a small coffee maker in the room and a refrigerator. Complimentary coffee in the lobby was a nice addition. Good location for traveling in the Stamford area.

A really pleasant surprise! The hotel and rooms are spacious, updated, and very clean. Great staff.
Pros:

This was a last minute reservation to go to the passport office in Stamford. I was really impressed with the hotel, its staff, the cleanliness, the size of the room and bathroom, and updates.

I spent 4 nights there, the staff were very friendly. My room was clean and the beds were okay.

Clean room.nice bed. No complaints

Cons:

Got to hotel 2: 45. Went to check in . Was told I had wait till 3pm. Other guests came behind me and checked in when I asked i was coldly told check in is 3. Very nasty. Had an attitude as soon as I arrived. Had to wait until EXACTLY 3PM. then our room was suddenly available. Been to lots of hotels. Never treated that way

Pros:

I like the location I like the bar and the seating area, the staff were friendly. Love the popcorn machine.

Cons:

The gym was not well maintained often out of supplies

The coffee in the morning that was free was not very good, but I didn’t try the barista
