I was put in a cheaper room than I booked and paid in full online for, was told at check out that I would receive a refu

The location, being right off the highway, is convenient.

Cons:

It was dirty, run down, the breakfast was the same thing every day and was never hot, the entire place smelled bad (I can’t quite identify what the smell was).
I booked through this site and paid in full. I booked a room with 1 king size bed. Upon arrival, the woman at the desk instead put me in a room with 2 standard beds and insisted she was doing me a favor, even though I was only 1 guest which is why I wanted the 1 king bed which I expressed to this woman. When I checked out, another woman was working the desk this time, so I asked about the price difference in my start versus what I actually booked and paid for. She said she would submit a refund discount of $10 a day through this site for me, due to the room change and explained that they got busy and gave the room to someone else. She told me I would receive an email from Booking.com regarding my refund… I received no email and no refund.

Not luxury but perfect for pet owners
Pros:

It’s nothing fancy but for the price and pets welcomed, totally worth it!

Cons:

You do have a sliding door outside (if you’re on the first floor) that can make some uncomfortable. But no one bothers you and easier access to walking dog or to the pool

Satisfaction
Pros:

Pintu was great and helped us with everything we wanted. It was clean and good food. They may even add regular yogurt (in addition to the light) to the breakfast. We are appreciative of the price also.

Perfect place to rest my tired hiking feet!
Pros:

Everything was great! After a long week on the trails, it felt good to shower and sleep in a clean bed! Staff was super helpful and very friendly!

Cons:

Hotel smelled a little musty... could be just age. But... again.. clean bed! I was happy!

Expected Better, Wouldn’t Return
Pros:

I was very disappointed with my stay. The room was not properly cleaned — the shower had black boot prints in it, and the bathroom was covered in construction dust and even pieces of drywall, which made it feel unfinished and unsanitary. To make matters worse, the front desk experience was extremely unprofessional. At one point, the attendant was literally screaming down the hallway for about 10 minutes. I’m not sure what the situation was, but it was loud, disruptive, and completely inappropriate for a hotel environment. Overall, this was not a comfortable or acceptable experience, and I would not recommend staying here.

The place stinks and its not the first time I've been here. The first time I stayed it stank so I thought lets give it another chance but it still stinks. The sheets had burn marks. The toilet had no water. The tv wouldn't even turn on!!!!
