Very dated in room and bathroom. Decently clean but I look for a better experience for the money paid.

The management did nothing when a very loud party carried from dining room to the parking lot about midnight until apx 2AM. I tried to call the front desk and they could not hear me on the phone. Phone had to be found, and I had to plug it in all to find it was not transmitting from the room to the front desk. Spoke to the front desk upon check out and he apologized and did mention numerous complaints but the hotel did nothing to stop the noise so that their patrons could sleep.

Climbed up to 2nd floor …not a nice experience in a messy staircase steps were not clean..

I am handicapped, so it concerned me that there was only one handicapped parking space. And the entry doors did not open automatically.

This property needs to do some major renovations. Very outdated!! The carpet is disgusting from peoples pets peeing on it. The smell of dog pee, mold, & pot is terrible. Couldn’t enjoy the pool with my daughter because of all the riff raff that stays there. The only thing I can say good is the 2 men at the front desk are very nice.

Das Frühstück ist qualitativ am unteren US Standard. Dazu werden leider Einweggeschirr benutzt. Die Eismaschine und ihr Standort sind widerlich, viele Ecken sehr unansprechend. Die Schiebetür zum Parkplatz liess sich nur mit grossem Kraftaufwand öffnen.

It was dirty, run down, the breakfast was the same thing every day and was never hot, the entire place smelled bad (I can’t quite identify what the smell was).
I booked through this site and paid in full. I booked a room with 1 king size bed. Upon arrival, the woman at the desk instead put me in a room with 2 standard beds and insisted she was doing me a favor, even though I was only 1 guest which is why I wanted the 1 king bed which I expressed to this woman. When I checked out, another woman was working the desk this time, so I asked about the price difference in my start versus what I actually booked and paid for. She said she would submit a refund discount of $10 a day through this site for me, due to the room change and explained that they got busy and gave the room to someone else. She told me I would receive an email from Booking.com regarding my refund… I received no email and no refund.

Rooms were dirty

You do have a sliding door outside (if you’re on the first floor) that can make some uncomfortable. But no one bothers you and easier access to walking dog or to the pool
