Decent for the Price and Location, Bad Experience

The location was good for what I needed it for. The rooms were nice and modern, clean for the most part.

Cons:

There were spiders in the room. I didn’t like how the public could easily access the property, you can just walk up some stairs and go up to any door, it felt unsafe. We got woken up at 4am with someone banging on our door and trying to get in. When we shouted for them to leave, we soon got a call from the front desk about how they thought the room was empty…how do you even make that mistake? The next morning they called (waking us again) and explained that my card payment didn’t go through and so they thought no one was in the room. Even if my card didn’t go through, they could have settled it in the morning. The fact that their system said our room was empty even though I signed the contract was their mistake. They just ended up giving us $30 off the room, which was okay, but not worth us losing sleep over.
