Lack of experienced personnel.
Cons:

We were supposed to have two adjoining rooms on the lower floor. Arriving I was told the rooms would not b ajoinig. The second room the door could not open. The clerk indicated that the Dorr was stuck. I asked why he would put two elderly women in a room that didn't open. He said maybe they could open it. So they had to accept a room upstairs. Our room in 120 the bathroom door stuck.

Pros:

la habitación es amplia y sus camas muy cómodas, su personal en la recepción es muy amable y con disposición siempre. solo el desayuno es lo que me gustaría agregaran más cosas. tiene un denis enfrente, una gasolinera y tienda aun lado que facilitan alguna necesidad.

hotel staff was very friendly, greeted everyone at lobby, front desk even the housekeeping were very friendly.

Cons:

a/c stopped working the next evening, luckily weather was great. breakfast was ok compared to hotels in the same category. there is room for improvement. should offer more hot food instead of microwavable items

Pros:

The room was clean, water pressure was excellent. The included breakfast was a nice addition. There's a Denny's in the premises if you want something more substantial. I would definitely visit again.

Seemed like everything went wrong on a short trip.

First night room was flooded had to change rooms. Second was noisy. Had to leave on the second night one day early.
