Es war Top!
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr schön und der Strand war direkt gegenüber vom Hotel. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Vor allem der Herr an der Rezeption mit der Brille. Frühstück war reichhaltig und lecker. Easy 10 von 10 Punkten!

Also die Lage und das Frühstück waren sehr gut :) Das von uns gebuchte Zimmer war letztendlich auch in Ordnung!

Cons:

Wir hatten das Smart App. gebucht für 4 Erwachsene! Wir sind spät angereist und die Rezeption hat uns dann ein echt schräges Zimmer dass ich nicht einmal mit Kindern beziehen würde angeboten und es als Smart App. verkauft ... Sorry ging gar nicht - 1 Doppelbett, 1 Feldnotbett und 1 Kinderbett, wird schwierig für 4 Erwachsene... nach reichlicher Diskussion bekamen wir das eigentlich gebuchte Zimmer zugewiesen (obwohl uns davor gesagt wurde das nichts mehr frei ist) ... Das hat das Hotel leider ins AUS geschossen...

Su ubicación frente a la playa y a la parada de bus

Cons:

Las habitaciones la limpieza deja mucho que desear. Todos los días matamos arañas grandes. Cortina descolgada y entre el hueco del armario y la pared humedad antigua. La limpieza diaria hacer la cama y barrer un poco el paso. Nada de barre no limpiar detrás de las puertas o debajo de la cama.
El menú del restaurante escaso y básico igual que el desayuno. No hay Colacao ni opción de bebida para desayuno de niños.
Cervezas y bebidas calientes. Sin aire acondicionado en el salón.

Great Lido location
Pros:

Great location across the road from public beach and bus stop right at the door. Easy commute to Venice on ferry. Good parking available just in street. Friendly helpful staff

Nydelig å bo ute på Lidoen. Og hotellet lå like ved stranda der vi fikk gått lange turer. Helt nydelig!

Nach anfänglichen Schwierigkeiten, ein supertoller Urlaub. Sehr zu empfehlen

Die Lage des Hotels, das Frühstück und die ausgezeichnete Strandlage waren für unsere Familie mit Kleinkindern perfekt. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Frühstück und Küche im Zimmer gebucht (was nicht oft möglich ist). Gerade das suchen Familien mit Kleinkindern. Leider war die Küche am Anfang zugesperrt und es wurde uns etwas unfreundlich gesagt, dass ein Aufpreis pro Tag für die Nutzung der Küche zu bezahlen ist. Zum Glück war in der Buchungsbestätigung genau vermerkt, dass wir die Küche im Preis inbegriffen haben. Nach anfänglichem Ärger und der Bereitstellung der gebuchten Küche ab dem zweiten Tag, hatten wir einen super Aufenthalt und können das Hotel wirklich weiterempfehlen.

Cons:

Die unfreundliche Reaktion an der Rezeption, als wir nach der Küche gefragt haben, die, eindeutig mitgebucht und bezahlt wurde.

Air conditioner stopped working.
Staff reluctant to give us any ice
Nothing offered for our discomfort- just a reminder that the beach towels were 5 euros each and check out was at 12 am- no leeway
And then they ran out of beach towels.

Cleaning staff very attentive and excellent at their job.

Para empezar las habitaciones solo hacían la cama y poco más había telarañas humedades y lo peor de todo es que estuve tres días sin aire acondicionado con el calor que hacía, no había mosquiteras en algunas habitaciones y se han negado en todo momento a darme la hoja de reclamaciones para reclamar el tema del aire acondicionado

Perfect location next to the public beach, walking distance from the boats to Venice and restaurants. Nice and comfortable hotel with delicious and complete breakfast, ideal for a quiet stay to rest at the beach and easily visit downtown Venice and other islands like Murano and Burano. Direct and very convenient access to the international airport by boat.
