Те кто пишет в отзывах что отель уставший - боюсь спросить что вы вкладываете в это понятие?!?! У нас номер был с иголочки! Как будто ремонт только вчера закончили. Белье- чистейшее, подушек- полное меню, полотенца на любой вкус, пушистые и свежие. Чисто везде вплоть до между трисами (кто-то тут выкладывал фотки запыленноно балкона- так вот - это не так!).
Завтрак - классический шведский стол со всем полагающимся от яиц/бекона/каши до круассанов с разными намазками, грех жаловаться. Кофе - не нравится аппаратный- закажи у бармена- сварит ту пропорцию какую попросишь, нет проблем.
Пляж- через дорогу, кто приехал за этим видом отдыха - велкам. До остановки вапоретто - 10 минут прогулочным шагом по тихим атмосферным улочкам, рядом парк с горками/качелями (мы с дитем были, для нас это очень актуально). В общем- 10 из 10, максимальное попадание.

Cons:

О! Пандуса у парадного входа нет, вот! Только ступеньки. Пандус со стороны парковки только, из внутреннего дворика. Не знаю, недостаток ли это, но может кому важно))))

El desayuno es tipo buffer y tiene muchísimas opciones, el menú del restaurante en la noche también es buenísimo. El cuarto donde estuvimos tenía cocina, lo cual es un plus para estancias largas

Cons:

I initially didn't like the price. I booked the hotel, but then they cancelled it, and the price went up by $80.

I also didn't like the staff. They started yelling at me at reception because I refused to provide my credit card information (due to a previous experience of being robbed at another hotel). The woman with gray hair at reception told me it was okay to refuse, but she continued yelling and demanding it anyway. Then she refused to provide an iron, first saying I needed a 15-euro deposit. I brought her 20 euros, and she insisted I needed a 50-euro deposit. Only after I brought 50 euros did she agree to provide the iron.

They also didn't provide drinking water in the room. The room was also damaged (I'll provide a photo).
I also didn't like the beach. There are no sun loungers near the water (or maybe none at all), even though the listing on Booking.com said the beach and sun loungers were supposed to be available.

Great service nice location.
Pros:

Clean and tidy. Staff were courteous and extremely helpful at all times. Breakfast €12 was great. Would recommend it.

La vue sur Venise, le personnel de l'accueil était gentil

Cons:

Les lits : le lit double était dur comme du bois (juste une planche, pas de lattes, ni ressort) extrêmement difficile de dormir, j'ai dû demander des coussins pour ajouter une épaisseur (et ça n'était pas une solution qui venait d'eux) / les lits simples grinçaient à chaque fois qu'on se retournait dans le lit !
La chambre : il manquait une barre de sécurité sur une fenêtre (au 4e étage !!), poussière très importante sous les lits
Le personnel : après une soirée musicale organisée dans le restaurant de l'hôtel jusqu'à 22h15 (!!!), le personnel est venu ranger dans une pièce à côté de la chambre (!!!! bis), en parlant hyper fort à 22h30, il a fallu sortir de la chambre pour leur demander de parler moins fort
Le petit dej à 12 € : vraiment pas donné pour la qualité : industriel, sans saveur voire mauvais
