Pros:

Loved the room and balcony, the tv was a little small but we still enjoyed watching tv late at night.

Cons:

the valet driver did not know how to drive manual/stick and badly burned my fiances clutch. It smelled burned for a whole day after. He had just replaced the clutch and was very sad to learn it was damaged. That valet should not be working there.

Great hotel centrally located
Pros:

Great location…walking distance to 16th Street Mall and restaurants

Cons:

Not their fault but there is construction across the street which caused a lot of noise during the early hours

Pros:

I liked the helpful staff and the cleanliness of the facility inside the building. I also appreciated that all of the elevators were working. The rooftop pool was good for my family, but only at 730 am. My 3 daughters and I were going to swim @ 5:30 pm, Saturday, but found very low coverage bikinis and people that I didn't want to expose my daughters to. It wasn't horrible but if you want to have some sort of shield or discrepancy for young children, go early in the morning.

Cons:

I didn't like that the A/C in Master bedroom didn't work and the temperature was 80 F in room so we had to open the window, which let all the city noise come through, we didn't sleep well but were comfortable in the bed provided.

Zeer ruime kamer en sterke prijs-kwaliteitverhouding!

Cons:

Veel zwervers in de buurt van het hotel, maar daar kan het hotel uiteraard niets aan doen. Parkeergelegenheden relatief duur (maar dat zal aan de stad liggen).

Nice hotel friendly staff
Pros:

Jason at the Restaurant and the barman at the pool were amazing - friendly and attentive.

Cons:

The beds were hard and it was a bit of walk to get to the main part of downtown

Great location, to bad the hotel was a broken down mess with terrible staff.
Pros:

Locations was great.

Cons:

Being repeatedly lied to by the hotel staff about AC Failure and repairing room issues.

Room had broken locks on balcony doory that never got fixed. Then when the AC quit working we were told it was fixed and working, then 6 hours later it was hotter than before. Absolutely terrible service, they promised to refund us for the extra parking we paid as we needed to move hotels and that never happened.

We were told they were going to refund us for 30 percent and the two days we ended up not staying as they couldn't rectify any of the issues going on, we did get some of it back, but not all of what was promised.
