I liked the staff, complimentary drink, and how convenient it was in the city.
I didn't like how there wasn't a microwave, you couldn't use the fridge, you had to pay for wifi, and couldn't take a towel down from the pool to your room.

It was cute and had character. Central location close to lots of restaurants.
The water temperature control was not functioning, the parking situation was not disclosed on booking until a message a couple days before our stay and it was already paid for… would not have booked this option if we had known it would be an additional fee for outdoor unsecured parking. The deposit ended up being double what was communicated on booking - $150 instead of $75.

Location in downtown Denver was perfect for us. Hotel itself is great and the rooms have plenty of space. Hotel personnel were extremely helpful and friendly.

The downtown location while close to many things is not the best neighborhood.
Great location
Our room lights kept going off because of electrical issues. This occurred on 3 of the nights we stayed at the property.

The front desk employee Max was exceptional- always very friendly and helpful - the main reason I give 3 stars.So, shout out to Max! Also, continental breakfast is worth $18. The location is pretty convenient and close to many things, sound proof inside the room was pretty good.
First, the room we had was not the one advertised on booking.com. The one I booked was supposed to have a king bed and a second guest's bathroom. It was a queen bed and only 1 bathroom. I was ok with that, and did not argue, but it was not the one advertised. Not sure if it's a booking.com issue. Second- housekeeping could have been better. My son slept on a couch, we unfolded it, and it was not clean under. Also, extra pillows, blankets, and sheets were missing. The unfolded coach looked pretty nasty. During our stay, I did not feel our room was cleaned appropriately.
On the day of check out we were accommodated by the front desk lady who was not friendly ,at all. It was a bit disturbing.
Lastly, there is construction going on around the hotel. I was ok with that, but it might be an issue for others.Overall,a decent stay, but would not stay there for a second time.
The lobby looked amazing and beautiful
Dislike that there is a several floor parking lot next to them and they couldn’t validate parking for their customers who already spent hundreds of dollars for a room.
Pool was nothing like website made it seem, didn’t even waste our time in the area.
