The staff was very friendly And the restaurant was so so good. I underestimated it but it was really really good so I'm glad that I ordered from there.
The location sucks but it was downtown Denver if you ain't near the 16th Street Mall or where is the hit and miss with the locations anyway but the hotel made up for it & the balcony

Prix exorbitant du Parking 35 $ par jour alors qu’à 5 m, il y a le parking public qui coûte 19 $ la journée 12 $ la nuit et c’est justement ce Parking qu’ utilise l’hôtel, sauf qu’il vous le facture 35 $….. bon à savoir !

The room was spacious.
Broken door and stains on the wall in the room. Spoke to two seperate people during the stay for them to note and not deduct the damages on my deposit but spoke to another person during check out and none of them actually acknowldged it.
Asked for more tissue paper because we ran out so the front desk said they will tell housekeeping but no one came and delivered the tissue paper, tried calling housekeeping myself and someone answered and put me on hold but nobody came back.
We didnt have a microwave in the room and had to use one downstairs along with other people
We found a small black fecal like matter on the carpet and it had a foul smell, not sure if it was an old raisin or fecal matter.

Staff muito ruim em gentileza ou ajudar o hóspede. A cidade tem um evento icônico anual que é a maratona de Colfax e eles nem sabiam, é esperado que um hotel, que lida com turismo, saiba dos eventos da cidade. Domingo, no dia da maratona, meu checkout ficou idêntico a de um dia qualquer sendo que é impossível fazer a maratona e chegar a tempo para checkout as 11h. Vários locais para não falar todos que fiz maratona o hotel se organiza para atender o público em um evento tão específico.
Por último, a limpeza do quarto foi horrível. Nas toalhas de banho tinha cabelos longos (eu sou homem e tenho cabelo quase raspado). E tive que a limpeza e arrumação do quarto tive que pedir.
Very nice hotel but the location is not ideal! It is not walkable to most locations and there are not food options around. The hotel is clean and staff are friendly.

the location. That is about it.
The food was average at best. The bar had a poor selection. The temperature controls in the room were imprecise. The room was freezing and I was uncomfortable the entire time. The furnishings were worn and the rooms were dated and damaged in places. There were not enough plugs. The construction in the back made for a really ugly view.
