Ideale Unterkunft für Wienreise
Pros:

Die Familiensuite war geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Dank der Klimaanlage im Zimmer waren die hohen Außentemperaturen sehr erträglich und man konnte gut in den bequemen Betten schlafen.
Das Frühstück in Buffetform ist sehr reichhaltig und vielfältig. Es ist sehr schön, mit verschiedenen Kaffeespezialitäten (z.B. Wiener Mélange) und dem leckeren Frühstück in den Tag zu starten.
Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Freundlichkeit des Personals. Man hat sich sehr willkommen gefühlt.
Die Lage des Hotels Bellevue ist für eine Städtereise nach Wien absolut super. Man kommt mit der Straßenbahn ohne Umsteigen vom Hauptbahnhof zum Hotel und hat in direkter Nähe mehrere Linien, mit denen man in kurzer Zeit in die Innenstadt fahren kann.

Lage ist super! Gleich am der S-Bahn bzw nicht weit der U-Bahn

Cons:

Ausstattung sehr alt! Betten waren bequem und sauber war es auch allerdings sind die Bäder sehr sehr alt! Sprünge im Waschbecken! Hoher Einstieg Badewanne zum duschen! Heiß kalt für Kinder schwer einzustellen! Türen laut da sehr alt

Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία, δίπλα στη στάση του τραμ, κοντά στο μετρό, σε σούπερ μάρκετ. Ωραίο πρωινό, ευγενικό προσωπικό, άνετο δωμάτιο. Όλα καλά εκτός από την καθαριότητα.

Cons:

Το δωμάτιο δεν ήταν καθαρό. Ένιωθα τη σκόνη, κουρτίνες με λεκέδες, τριχες στην μπανιέρα , η μία παπλωματοθήκη ήταν λερωμένη.. Αν και φαινόταν ο λεκές την άλλαξαν μετά από δύο μέρες Είναι κρίμα ένα τόσο ωραίο ξενοδοχείο να έχει δυσαρεστημένους πελάτες επειδή κάποια άτομα από το προσωπικό καθαριότητας δεν κάνουν σωστά τη δουλειά τους.

Convenient and clean, but the hotel and breakfast service need significant improvements.
Pros:

Pros: large comfortable bed, clean fresh bedding, fantastic location, iron and board available on deposit, good strong Wi-Fi, and effective air conditioning.

Cons:

Unfortunately, there were some significant downsides. The pillows were terribly uncomfortable — lumpy and just impossible to sleep on properly. The towels were very old, thin, and worn out; they definitely need replacing as soon as possible. The rooms themselves are also quite dated and really require a full renovation.

Breakfast was disappointing too, especially on weekends: food items constantly ran out, the pancake maker was broken most of the time, and the coffee machines kept breaking down or weren't working at all.

Disappointing and frustrating visit
Pros:

Parking options for near to city centre, lifts in the hotel and the mattress was comfortable. Breakfast was good. Air con and fridge in room a bonus as it was very hot during our stay

Cons:

Difficult to access the car park, had to phone to be let in so we were waiting on a one way street. When we arrived at our room the bed was not made up and ready so we had an uncomfortable wait with housekeeping there making it up in front of us. We had to ask for one of the duvets to be changed as it was severely stained. When we later returned to our room after time in the city, our key card didn’t work.
There was a lot of dust on the headboard and around the room and we had to remove the bathroom shelf above the sink to be able to use the faucet. Rooms overall need updating. Few apologies from staff for the mishaps, it was a frustrating stay overall.

Location. very near to the bus, tram and train station.

Cons:

Since its an old building, the elevator and the overall hotel layout is not optimal and user friendly. Its faster to take stairs than lift.

Pros:

bardzo klimatyczny hotel w dogodnej lokalizacji. Tramwaj, metro, pociąg w zasięgu kilku minut. Na przeciw hotelu market spożywczy. Śniadanie wyśmienite, bogate, różnorodne. Obsługa w recepcji i podczas śniadań - najwyższy poziom. Brawo :) Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu, szczerze polecam.
