Pros:

Das Frühstück war ausgewogen und gut. Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel war ausgezeichnet. Blumen zum Hochzeitstag waren wie telefonisch besprochen auf dem Zimmer! Danke nochmals!

Keine Ablage im Bad vorhanden.
Die Badewanne war nicht mehr in einem guten Zustand.

Pros:

The staff were friendly and breakfast was nice.

Cons:

It felt more like a 3 star hotel instead of 4. The bathroom didn't have good ventilation and it was hard to fully close the faucet.

We love this hotel but this time the personel working in breakfast are made our experience less pleasant as usually.
Pros:

Lokalizacja, przestronne , klimatyczne wnętrza

Cons:

Śniadania były zdecydowanie gorsze niż zwykłe.
Fatalna organizacja przy śniadaniu. Tłumy ludzi, opieszały personel, na widelec trzeba było czekać w kolejce.
Personel obsługujący recepcję był wspaniały.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit Wiener Flair
Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr schön und elegant, befindet sich wirklich sehr praktisch in der unmittelbaren Nähe von der Haltestelle von dem berühmten Straßenbahn D, die die Fahrt zum Hotel in eine Exkursion voller Sehenswürdigkeiten verwandelt.

Cons:

Das Putzen im Zimmer wird teilweise in den Abend hineingezogen, so das man darauf verzichten muss, besonders wenn man in dem 4. Stock aufhält.

A good stopover for one night
Pros:

The location was good, and the room was a good size and clean. The bed was comfortable and good pressure on the shower.

Cons:

There was no kettle or mugs in the room. Although when my sister went down to enquire you can get one for 20 euros which they return when you return the kettle. I appreciate this was not on the facilities provided but I do feel that a kettle and some mugs is a normal thing in any other hotel I have stayed in so maybe this is something you could look at.

Nada la verdad, no vale la pena.

Cons:

Elegimos este hotel esperando un estándar acorde a su categoría, pero la realidad fue muy diferente. Las instalaciones están claramente anticuadas y necesitan una renovación urgente.

El baño presentaba moho visible tanto en la zona de la bañera como en el techo, además de varios azulejos rotos y juntas muy deterioradas. En la habitación, los sillones estaban llenos de manchas y las lámparas acumulaban polvo y suciedad en las pantallas, dando una sensación general de falta de mantenimiento y limpieza.

Otro problema importante fue el aislamiento acústico: se escucha absolutamente todo entre habitaciones. Durante nuestra estancia algunos huéspedes pusieron música a un volumen muy alto y llegamos a despertarnos por el ruido.

La habitación tampoco ofrecía detalles que hoy son habituales incluso en hoteles de categoría inferior: no había agua de cortesía, ni hervidor para preparar té o café, y tampoco enchufes cerca de la cama para cargar dispositivos cómodamente.

El ascensor también está muy anticuado y contribuye a la sensación de que el hotel se ha quedado anclado en el pasado.

Además, la ubicación no es especialmente céntrica: el centro de Viena queda aproximadamente a 50 minutos caminando. A esto hay que añadir que el parking se cobra aparte y cuesta 25 € por día.

Pagamos 100€ por la habitación más 25 € de parking, y sinceramente la relación calidad-precio nos pareció muy mala. No recomendaría este hotel a quien busque una experiencia acorde a un establecimiento de 4 estrellas.

Für ein paar Tage völlig passend.
Pros:

Die gute Lage.

Cons:

Wir mussten mehrere Treppen laufen. Es wäre schön gewesen, wenn man uns das Gepäck hoch getragen hätte.

Hotel mit top Lage - jedoch abgewohnt
Pros:

Sehr gutes Frühstück mit viel Auswahl. Lage top. Straßenbahnen & U-Bahnen ideal erreichbar um das Sightseeing von Wien zu starten.

Cons:

Einrichtung ist in die Jahre gekommen & wirkt abgewohnt. Nur ein Fahrstuhl funktional. Hotelbar hatte während des Aufenthaltes nicht einmal geöffnet. Räume sehr hellhörig.

Hatten den Aufenthalt im Vorfeld um einen Tag verlängert & das beim Check-In auch angesprochen. Trotzdem gab es Diskussionen beim Frühstück, ob wir denn überhaupt bezahlt hätten. Zugang zum Zimmer musste neu konfiguriert werden. Für ein 4* Hotel erwarte ich einen reibubgslosen Ablauf, ohne Diskussion bzw. zumindest eine Entschuldigung, wenn es zu Unannehmlichkeiten kommt...

Gutes Hotel für eine City-Reise
Pros:

Ein schönes Hotel für eine Städtereise nach Wien.
Die Zimmer, sowie das Bad sind geräumig. Das Mobiliar ist nicht das modernste, passt aber perfekt zum Stil dieses Hauses. Die Betten sind gut, wir hatten ein Zimmer zum Innenhof, es war sehr ruhig.
Das Frühstück ist lecker und sehr vielseitig. Da findet jeder was zum Start in den Tag. Die Frühstückszeiten sind von 7 Uhr bis 11 Uhr. Das passt für Frühaufsteher, sowie für Langschläfer. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Das Hotel liegt zentral, U-Bahn und Straßenbahn sind in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Ein gutes Hotel für eine City-Reise.
