Disappointed
Cons:

The Elavater was not work when we arrived. We were told it would be fixed soon. That never happen and was still not working the next day. They put us on the third floor, so we had to haul all are luggage up and down the stairs. To answer the bouns questions about the coffee the didnt even had any made to try.

It was clean enough and very good location. Nothing fancy. Would stay again if going for a concert

Very close to Gainbridge.

Cons:

Limited parking. One small elevator and it was broken. Pillows small and flat.

Pros:

It was cheap with free parking and breakfast which saved me on money

Cons:

The elevator was down the whole weekend so it was a pain having to climb up to the 3rd floor every time I needed to head to the room

Day trip to Indianapolis!!!
Pros:

The hotel front desk representative Oscar was friendly and helpful!, the parking was very convenient and free plus it was in a inside secure area right outside the entrance to the hotel. The breakfast was free and had a minimum selection to choose from, I had the scrambled eggs with link sausages with orange juice. It was good! The hotel also allowed me to check in early at 11 am instead of regular check in at 3:30 pm which was much appreciated!

Cons:

The elevator being down my entire visit for a day, I worked in maintenance so I understood why it stayed down for the weekend, it cost more for the Elevator to be serviced on the weekend, plus I was on the third floor and as a seniors it was a challenge to go and down freely. No complaints. Oscar immediately got me a room and that's what he had available at the time. The bathroom was nice, however the sink faucet was loose and the cleaning team forgot to remove items from the refrigerator. I was suppose to get the King suite with sitting area separate, my room was missing the sofa and tv in the separate area.

Pros:

Location was perfect for going to a concert. Also enjoyed the free breakfast in the morning before leaving.

Cons:

Elevators were out but we were told when checking in, and since we were only on second floor, it wasn't a big deal

It was fine for a night.
Pros:

It was close to the venue and just a short walk. The price per nice was decent.

Cons:

The elevator didn’t work, there was trash on one room floor, stains on the curtains, dirty sheets on the bed, the conditioner in the tub was empty, and the carpet on the steps was old dirty and frayed. The gentlemen working the front desk wasn’t very good at customer service or very friendly.
