Breakfast.
Anteriormente ya nos habiamos hospedado en un Hyatt en otra ciudad es por eso que sin pensarlo reservamos otra vez con esta cadena.
Lo que no sabíamos era la diferencia tanto de hotel, como de personal.
Desde el momento de la reservación pedí una habitación en un piso alto y con una vista bonita, se que no siempre se pueden obtener estas cosas pero no está de mas intentarlo ya que en el primer Hyatt si me lo dieron.
Llegado el dia del hospedaje despues de un juego de mi hijo, llegamos al hotel y la mujer del front desk llamada Scarlett, me trató muuy indiferente e incluso diría que mal, me dijo que si estaba segura que ese era el hotel que porque no había ninguna reservación y deslizó mi ID por el escritorio así como diciendo "bye" a lo que procedí a buscar el número de confirmación en mi email, cuando lo encontré me dijo oooh sii aquí está esque lo hiciste a traves de "expedia" o alguna de esas aplicaciones y a mi no me aparece tu nombre, me apareces como Adriana😏 nada que ver con mi nombre pero bueno, lo que siguió fue peor. Me comentó que siempre tiene problemas con los hispanos porque usan muchos nombres, o tienen muchos nombres a lo cual le respondí "si pero tanto mi ID como mi tarjeta están con un mismo nombre" y me dijo que en el invierno habian llegado muchos Mexicanos a esquiar y fue difícil, etc... comentarios que para mi fueron racistas, sin dejar de lado que mi hija de 13 estaba conmigo, y olvidé mencionar que ya me habia dicho que me tocaba el piso 5 y despues que me notó incómoda, me dió el 4, le dije ahí mismo que queria una vista bonita, que la habia pedido y me respondió "haré lo que pueda" y que creen.... la vista que pudo fue exactamente la habitación que está detrás del letrero del hotel o sea, pudimos ver tablas, fierros, arena, etc... por último, el cuarto estaba sucio, no en las mejores condiciones, etc.

They were very helpful and extremely kind, I loved how everyone knew what to do, Awesome people.

The location was great. Close to several shops and restaurants and not too far from downtown, cherry creek, or coors field. There were also a few restaurants and grocery stores nearby which was convenient. The staff were all very friendly and happy to help with anything we needed.
The breakfast was pretty lame. I was expecting better quality but everything was very basic and similar to cafeteria food. The room was kind of basic for the price and how it compared to similarly priced hotels in the area. The bathroom was a little outdated, the water pressure wasn't great, and the grout around the sink looked like it was coming undone. The pillows were super flat and not super comfortable to sleep on even when stacked together. Also, there was dog food on the floor near the door to the adjoining room that seemed to have been left by the previous guest. It made us question the overall cleanliness of the room.
