Cons:

The breakfast. It’s a big hotel, and with the amount of people staying there, the breakfast was out of food. They would refill the food but just small bowls of food and would be gone again in minutes

Good afternoon. I stayed at the hotel on the july 3rd and unfortunately, my room
was sold to someone else. In the middle of the night, I was moved to a different
hotel with nine minors, and I was also charged for the costs of that other
hotel. I want a refund, as I spent over $500 on the hotel change—an expense you
agreed to cover but haven't.

Hotel sauber, Personal am Check-In extrem unfreundlich

Zimmer waren sauber und geräumig

Cons:

Personal am Check In war sehr unfreundlich und hat meinen 25jährigen Sohn sogar beleidigt („wer bist denn Du, Du schaust aus wie 16“).
Wir hatten um ein Zimmer in einer oberen Etage gebeten mit Blick auf die City, dies wurde uns in der Reservierungsbestätigung auch bestätigt. Bekommen haben wir ein Zimmer in einer unteren Etage mit Blick auf Hinterhof und Klimaanlage. Die einzige Bemerkung der Dame am Check-In war: that is the only obe I have for you - take it or leave it.

Pros:

Hotel datato ma tenuto bene. Ricorda un hotel di alto livello ora un po' piu' modesto. Buono rapporto qualita'/prezzo in confronto ai prezzi della citta'. E' in un quartiere lontano dal centro e bisogna avere l'auto per muoversi. Parcheggio a pagamento che devi accettare perche' non ci sono altre possibilita' di parcheggio. Personale disponibile e gentile. Colazione semplice ma buona

Hotel was fine. Bookings.com was horrible.
Cons:

I booked a two queen bed room on your website. I paid extra money over the king bedroom because I didn’t want to have to share a bed with my teenage son. When we arrived at the property, they informed us that that a 2 queen room had never been available and that we should not trust your website in the future. So I paid the extra $50 but still ended up with a single king room. I will never use your website in the future and I will tell friends/family the same.
