Pros:

The service was good and so was the food. It would have been great if the breakfast lasted until 10am on weekdays.

Cons:

The tv didn't have direct streaming service. I had to project the network through my phone app, which feels unnecessary. Purchasing Smart TV's would allow for this easier on your guests.

Sometimes the gate is open to the parking lot, but not always. Costs $15 per night to park

Pros:

Sehr geräumig mit Sofa im Zimmer. Bett bequem. Internet gut. Frühstück okay, es gab sogar richtiges Besteck.

Cons:

Kühlschrank laut. Parkplatz koste 15$ pro Nacht. Fenster lassen sich nicht öffnen.

Fabulous staff, great location, comfortable clean room
Pros:

The staff. Everyone very friendly and helpful. True asset to Hyatt and should be commended. Location was perfect for the tournament I was there to attend.

Cons:

Poor planning by Manager putting one person on breakfast duty to cook and serve EVERYTHING with a packed hotel. No one could have kept up on their own and people were angry with coffee out for ages and food to slowly replenished, BUT staffing numbers to blame NOT the cook.

Camera e bagno spazioso, letto comodo, divano in camera

Il parcheggio non è gestito direttamente dall’albergo ma da una piattaforma che non è possibile aprire da un telefono estero (non americano), il sito web ha problema di apertura. Gli addetti alla reception sono stati gentili e si sono proposti di pagarlo scalandolo dalla caparra (15$ a notte). Nonostante questo abbiamo ricevuto il giorno dopo un avviso di pagamento sul cruscotto perché loro si erano dimenticati di inserire la targa dell’auto tra quelle autorizzate, che però è stato annullato dalla reception. Si poteva evitare se ci fosse stata maggiore attenzione e si sono scusati dicendo che “il collega si era dimenticato “…. Dopo numerevoli accertamenti che l’operazione dell’inserimento della targa fosse andato a buon fine scopriamo che avevano inserito la targa saltando due numeri, quindi se non ci fossimo accertati nuovamente la sera avremmo preso un altro avviso di pagamento il giorno dopo.. alla fine per l’inconveniente sono stato gentilissima e ci hanno offerto i giorni di parcheggio! Consiglio di chiedere sempre confermo del numero di targa correttamente inserito. La pulizia non ottimale, la hall spesso sporca e non veniva pulita tempestivamente. Nel complesso buono ma ci vuole maggiore attenzione ai dettagli considerando che è un grande albergo e viaggia su numeri importanti

Good stay for business
Pros:

Perfectly fine stay. Rooms were quiet, and I had a good view on the 10th floor. Breakfast was par for the course at a hotel of this type, but there was no waffle machine.

There is a Whole Foods and a Raising Cane’s nearby.

The room and staff were AMAZING and the amenities were good.
Pros:

The beds were amazing! So so comfy and I loved the room that had a space for business and hanging out to watch TV! I also loved how the TV was able to move all the way around!

Cons:

The breakfast was okay. A make your own waffle bar would make this WAY better! Paid parking not in downtown or Cherry Creek proper was also odd.

Cons:

Something in the air in my room that irritated my allergy. Possibly pet dander from a previous guest’s pet.
