The view from my room was fabulous. Comfortable.
Elevator Issues were problematic.
Very clean. Looked new even if it isn’t.
They did not notify us that they were resurfacing their entry when we checked in and that there would be a gate open on the side of their parking lot for us to come and go from. Found this out trying to come back from a day out.

EVERYTHING was wonderful. I had been to the roof top restaurant years ago when it first opened and was disappointed it was closed but other than that, everything was wonderful. The breakfast was amazing!

Location is great, facilities were clean & modern, well equipped. West facing rooms have great mountain views & I love the courtyard behind the hotel!
Down filled pillows basically went completely flat by morning, not a big fan of that but pretty much my only negative

Much confusion with front desk, one elevator not working so had option to use service elevator which was filthy, very little pressure in shower, very poor lighting in bathroom, sheets don’t fit bed because it feels like it has a topper, bed too soft.

The hotel was resurfacing the parking lot on a Friday & Saturday when it was very busy. We are seniors with some handicaps so it was very inconvenient. We made our reservations 3 or 4 months in advance so we feel we should have been notified of this situation. We also feel like we should have a break in what we I said for the hotel. This was our 4th time staying here & maybe our last.
The WiFi at this place is super slow. We could not do anything with it.
