Cozy atmosphere
Pros:

This is my second time staying in this hotel, its cozy, homey atmosphere made me feel very chill and relaxed, i enjoyed having my breakfast there in the morning.

Cons:

I was in the second floor rooms 210 & 208, infront of the gym. When someone is working out early in the morning I would hear loud noises.

Pros:

Clean, great mattress, and amazing breakfast. There was even an employee walking around offering people churros!

Sub Par Hyatt
Pros:

The staff was SO friendly in the breakfast area and most of them at the front desk.

The gym facility was awesome! Except they didn't have sanitary wipes for post workout, which was gross.

The bed was very comfortable

The breakfast options were really great

Cons:

The housekeeping was sub par. They didn't really do much except make the bed and replace towels. Didn't even empty the garbage for 2 days. I also expected this to be a more luxurious hotel. There were no pads of paper or pens in the room, no bathrobes or additional amenities like lotion etc. The pillows were like bricks

Also, I find it very deceiving that the office tower next to the hotel has the name of the hotel on it. So if you're expecting a highrise hotel with views... Do not book here

For the price, OK
Pros:

For the price, the hotel is fine - nothing luxurious or memorable but certainly acceptable. Most of the front desk personnel were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The air conditioning unit was in the bathroom was extremely noisy; I had to close the bathroom door and could still hear it. It was an outrageous ripoff to be charged $4.00 for a bottle of water at the front. There is a huge parking lot and it is also a ripoff to be charged to park at this property. With the enormous parking lot, it is simply gouging the consumer to be charged to pay for non-covered parking.
