Excellent value for money, extremeky clean, great breakfast & breakfast staff, lousy reception staff
Pros:

The breakfast buffet was excellent! Great variety, lactose and gluten free options. Breakfast staff were extremely accommodating, warm and very helpful. The room was spacious and extremely clean. It was lovely and warm! There was continual hot water. There was a good variety of teas and a coffee maker in the room.

Cons:

The reception staff we encontered were not friendly or helpful! This could be improved greatly as they are the first people you meet on arrival or when enter the hotel.
There was no english channels or Netflix avaliable.

Das Hotelpersonal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend!
Das Zimmer etwas klein, aber für unseren 3-Tagesausflug völlig ausreichend.

Cosy hotel located near the cathedral and local restaurants
Pros:

Great room and location. Staff were friendly and welcoming.

Cons:

No water in the room and no mini markets located close by. We did have an empty glass bottle in the room so I think they forgot to fill our water up before we checked in.
