Sehr angenehm dort, wunderbarer Service – und Preisleistung in der Urlaubssaison absolut in Ordnung.
Pros:

Super, super freundliches Personal! Aufmerksam höflich und überhaupt nicht aufdringlich- sehr schön.
Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer war hervorragend eingestellt. Leise, kein direkter Luftzug trotzdem eine wunderbare Temperatur. Bemerkenswert.

Perfect location for walking to downtown. Very quiet and comfortable!
Pros:

The room was perfectly set up for a family of 4 with 2 teen boys. AC was cold and quiet. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. The view of the city was amazing for the fireworks display.

Great location of hotel, great service. definitely would stay again
Pros:

Great service from checking in throughout the stay and checking out.
- luggage storage
- breakfast that serves hot and savoury with a selection of fruits and tea/coffees
- got a free room upgrade, what a bonus! with lovely sunset views
- bar upstairs is open from 12 pm-2 am, minimal noise heard from floors below
- approx 3 min walk from the metro (Trinidade) to the hotel. Airport is 30 min direct metro ride (line E)
- within walking distance to the main shopping street with a selection of high-end brands, coffee shops, book stores, and souvenir shops. A mall along the main shopping street is a great way to cool off for a while with plenty of food options.
- great housekeeping staff, spotless

Pros:

Établissement très agréable, personnel très accueillant et professionnel. Le petit déjeuner est excellent. Localisation super, on peut se rendre au centre à pieds ou en métro, une station se trouvant proche.
