La amplitud de las habitaciones (dos plantas), las vistas y el trato del personal.

Cons:

- La limpieza es algo deficiente. Al llegar, en uno de los asientos de la habitación había pisadas de calzado. Algunas toallas gastadas, deshilachadas y con manchas antiguas. El cuarto de baño olía un poco a cañería. Al llegar no había gel de ducha, lo pedimos por WhatsApp e incluso dejamos notas en papel cada día, pero no nos lo dejaron nunca; nos tuvimos que duchar con champú.
- Desaconsejamos coger transfer al aeropuerto con el hotel. Lo hacen con la compañía “Capadocia transfer”, aunque a la ida no tuvimos ningún problema, a la vuelta fue una odisea. Quedamos a las 9:30 y el conductor apareció 25 minutos tarde; nos dijeron que estaría recogiendo más pasajeros, pero cuando llegó estaba vacío. Posteriormente, fuimos recogiendo más personas en diferentes hoteles, a pesar de que una pasajera le preguntó si había que recoger a más y dijo varias veces que no, pero fue mentira. Finalmente, acabamos en las puertas de la oficina de la empresa esperando a otra pasajera. Llegamos a menos de 30 minutos de la hora prevista para el embarque… todos los pasajeros estábamos tensos. Escribimos al hotel por WhatsApp para expresar nuestra queja, porque fueron quienes lo gestionaron y para que lo tuvieran en cuenta, pero no respondieron nada (durante nuestra estancia siempre nos respondían los WhatsApp enseguida). Aunque no es culpa de ellos el comportamiento del transfer, sí que podrían haber respondido al mensaje.
