Please note that a deposit of PLN 450 per day is required upon arrival for the use of such facilities as mini-bar, telephone and laundry. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out if guests don't use the additional services listed above.

Please note that smoking is strictly forbidden at the property, both within the rooms and in the common areas. Failing to uphold this rule will result in a fee of PLN 2000 per night.

Hotel is accepting pets that do not exceed 18 kg of weight. Maximum 2 pets may occupy a guest room.
The nonrefundable fee for the pet is 324 PLN per stay, additional fees may be charged if the hotel discovers severe damage or sanitation needs. A surcharge applies for departures after check-out hours. Late check-out fee: PLN 108 per hour between 12:00–18:00 (subject to availability), after 18:00 full charge of one night.

The hotel is obliged to apply standards for the protection of minors, in particular to establish the identity of the minor and his relationship with the adult with whom he stays in the property. (Act of 13 May 2016 on counteracting threats of sexual crime and protection of minors).Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. One of my best hotel experiences
Pros:

Very welcoming reception staff on arrival. Delighted to see there was a dedicated concierge service too. Interior of the building and corridors outside rooms smelt amazing! We received a free upgrade to a suite, which was an unexpected and very welcome surprise. Room was amazing, bed comfortable. We ordered breakfast to our room which arrived punctually, came well-presented and was very tasty. The team were also very helpful and provided us with a kettle on request. Spa and sauna were great. Overall, amazing experience, I would consider visiting Warsaw again just for the experiencing of staying here.

Horrific Titanium Experience
Pros:

I have stayed here last year with no problems but this year I stayed and made a reservation for Easter brunch. The manager on duty who was sitting at one of the tables came out and told us she would not honor our reservation that they forgot to lockout OpenTable from making reservations and therefore were not accepting any of them and did not try to put together a table for two people due to their mistake. I’ve been on the fence about always staying at Marriott and this continues that concern. She made us feel like we didn’t belong when we were hotel guests for a second time. I would not recommend this hotel.

The bed was very comfortable.Service in the restaurant very good approach with a smile.

No big size range for bathrobe , only one size available! No slipper in the spa available and bathrobe.Only towel was in the locker.

Am Anfang wurde uns ein kleines, dunkles Zimmer zugeteilt. Nach Frage über ein anderes Zimmer haben wir ein großes helles bekommen- ohne Aufpreis!
