Please note that a deposit of PLN 450 per day is required upon arrival for the use of such facilities as mini-bar, telephone and laundry. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out if guests don't use the additional services listed above.
Please note that smoking is strictly forbidden at the property, both within the rooms and in the common areas. Failing to uphold this rule will result in a fee of PLN 2000 per night.
Hotel is accepting pets that do not exceed 18 kg of weight. Maximum 2 pets may occupy a guest room.
The nonrefundable fee for the pet is 324 PLN per stay, additional fees may be charged if the hotel discovers severe damage or sanitation needs. A surcharge applies for departures after check-out hours. Late check-out fee: PLN 108 per hour between 12:00–18:00 (subject to availability), after 18:00 full charge of one night.
The hotel is obliged to apply standards for the protection of minors, in particular to establish the identity of the minor and his relationship with the adult with whom he stays in the property. (Act of 13 May 2016 on counteracting threats of sexual crime and protection of minors).Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Świetna lokalizacja, bardzo czysto. Ciekawa historia hotelu, która wpłynęła na nasz wybór. Miła obsługa
Klimatyzacja działała dość słabo i w nocy było duszno. Hotel w opisie ma szybki internet a jednak ciężko było stamtąd pracować. Mieliśmy ochotę zobaczyć rooftop bar niestety ciągle imprezy zamknięte więc po co to w ogóle mieć w opisie. Hotel pozostawił bardzo mieszane uczucia.
No tenía la habitación limpia a las 16h y al reclamarlo me hicieron esperar media hora y al volver seguía sin limpiar.

I was hot & tired when I arrived and the hotel was a welcome respite. I was delighted by the huge pyramid of strawberries in the lobby. This hotel is outstanding. It is in a great location on the edge of the old town. The lobby is done in a beautiful art deco style. My room was large with high ceilings and the a/c was on when I arrived. Cafe Bristol was a great spot for lunch. The bar was phenomenal. Valerie, the bar tender is a rock star! We left our drink order up to her and were not disappointed. I loved the attention to detail throughout the hotel.
My beautiful experience started with a friendly bellman. I’m sorry that I don’t know his name, but he is bald with a beard. He was incredibly friendly. Check in was easy. My room was upgraded and ready. It was breathtaking with beautiful views. I could easily stay here a week. After having in room coffee and complimentary chocolates I went to dinner at Cafe Bristol. It was the best meal that I have had in Poland. I reviewed it separately. I went for a walk and enjoyed the beautiful scenery. The area is safe and clean. I love this great hotel and hate to leave.

Na śniadaniu 2 osoby obsługujące mówiły tylko po angielsku i nie potrafiły ani słowa po Polsku, musieliśmy zamawiać po angielsku .. chyba tak nie powinno być

No tenían limpia la habitación cuando volvías por la tarde y hubo que avisar dos veces después de una hora de espera para que la limpiaran

Hotel dobrym położeniu, wygodne łózka, bardzo klimatyczny wystrój
W trakcie pobytu w hotelu odbywało się wesele. Ciężko się wyspać przy dudnieniu muzyki. Szkoda że przy rezerwacji niema informacji o takich atrakcjach
Das historisch "Bristol" liegt direkt am Königsweg neben dem Präsidentenpalast, eine bessere Lage gibt es nicht in Warschau. Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es direkt vor dem Haus. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Aussicht, wunderschön, außerdem gibt es einen Fitness-und einen schönen Spa-Bereich. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist wirklich sensationell, hier bleiben keine Wünsche offen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und professionell. Abend-Zimmerservice ist toll.
Das alles hat seinen Preis, der für polnische Verhältnisse ziemlich hoch ist. Die Gäste sind zum Teil speziell...während unseres Aufenthaltes fand gerade ein Ferrari-Treffen statt, die quietsch-bunten, tschechischen und polnischen Fahrzeuge waren direkt vor dem Hotel geparkt, zur Freude der Touristen...
