Please note that a deposit of PLN 450 per day is required upon arrival for the use of such facilities as mini-bar, telephone and laundry. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out if guests don't use the additional services listed above.

Please note that smoking is strictly forbidden at the property, both within the rooms and in the common areas. Failing to uphold this rule will result in a fee of PLN 2000 per night.

Hotel is accepting pets that do not exceed 18 kg of weight. Maximum 2 pets may occupy a guest room.
The nonrefundable fee for the pet is 324 PLN per stay, additional fees may be charged if the hotel discovers severe damage or sanitation needs. Pets (excluding service animals) are allowed into the following food and beverage areas: Café Bristol, Café Bristol outside terrace, Lane’s Bar outside terrace.

A surcharge applies for departures after check-out hours. Late check-out fee: PLN 108 per hour between 12:00–18:00 (subject to availability), after 18:00 full charge of one night.

The hotel is obliged to apply standards for the protection of minors, in particular to establish the identity of the minor and his relationship with the adult with whom he stays in the property. (Act of 13 May 2016 on counteracting threats of sexual crime and protection of minors).Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Wyjątkowy pobyt w miejscu, w którym klasyczna elegancja, komfort i najwyższa jakość tworzą naprawdę piękne doświadczenie

Najbardziej doceniłam wyjątkową atmosferę Hotelu Bristol, jego elegancję, dbałość o detale oraz profesjonalizm i kulturę obsługi. Piękne wnętrza, komfort i doskonała lokalizacja sprawiają, że pobyt ma naprawdę wyjątkowy charakter.

Cons:

Trudno wskazać minusy. Przy tak wysokim standardzie oczekiwania są oczywiście duże, ale podczas mojego pobytu nie spotkałam się z niczym, co znacząco wpłynęłoby na jego komfort.

Credit card deposit taken with no warning
Pros:

Stayed for two nights as a member of a tour group. Room and breakfast paid for to tour company

On the second day, we were asked to provide a deposit on credit card. I did so and, after currency conversion, this was for GB£89.95
However, the hotel, with no notice to me, also took a deposit for GB£346.98!!
This was completely unacceptable.

I was only aware as I noticed the two pending transactions on the bank app on the last morning prior to check-out.

I was informed, when I raised the issue as I was checking-out, that there was an error and that both amounts would be released. Two days later, I am waiting for both amounts to be unblocked on the credit card.

Can I suggest that if the Hotel takes a such a charge in error then the guest should be immediately informed; not have to discover for themselves.

Lovely but soon may need a refresh
Pros:

I did enjoy the location and breakfast. Breakfast is high quality. The bed linen is high quality also. The staff were also lovely and very attentive. We felt very welcome.

Cons:

The rooms feel a bit tired and dated. The room we were allocated felt a bit in need of a refresh. I did let the staff know that the lights were flickering in the bathroom and that the sockets did not work. The marble around the toilet was stained which did not look very hygienic.

Good location - poor AC - hang DO Not Disturb on your door
Pros:

1. Very helpful and well trained staff, from the moment you enter the hotel help with the luggage is offered. Everyone cleaning, SPA, reception were very helpful. Water and Polish strawberries in the lobby, very nice idea.
2. Location, many places with Polish cuisine around the hotel.
3. Uber has the pick up spot on the right side of the hotel.
4. Pool, dry and steam sauna, gym. Hotel has as well SPA service.
5. Very comfortable Queen bed - it was important for me.
6. Sleepers, bath robes, coffee,tea, water, safe, towels, bath cosmetics, shoehorn available in the room.
7. Flat TV with channels and hotel information.
8. Curtain blocking the outside light.
9. Iron and iron board available in the room.
10. Cleaning service everyday.
11. Open wifi.
12. Complimentary Shoeshine service.
13. AC available but working very pooly, was waking up at night because of the heat. Outside was 36 degrees Celsius.

Cons:

1. Housekeeping knocking doors at 10:15 a.m. asking if coffee, tea, water were needed. It woke me up after difficult nigth as 2. the AC is very poor in the rooms even though it was set to maximum (ourside was 36 degrees Celsius). I believe if someone would need more coffee,tea or water is needed, they will inform the restaurant, reception. I was expecting that in such hotel I would definitely have good sleep and I didn't. I didn't hand "Do not disturb"on my door as I never asked for a wake up service before the check out time - 12:00.

Central located hotel!
Pros:

A nice hotel in the centre of Warsaw!
We had a twin room which overlooked the inner courtyard!
No welcome gift on arrival and no upgrade.
Breakfast was lovely and the cafe on the side served wonderful passion fruit iced teas!!
Great location and the bar area quite nice though the DJ redundant as he played system music and no records!!!

Pros:

Świetna lokalizacja, bardzo czysto. Ciekawa historia hotelu, która wpłynęła na nasz wybór. Miła obsługa

Cons:

Klimatyzacja działała dość słabo i w nocy było duszno. Hotel w opisie ma szybki internet a jednak ciężko było stamtąd pracować. Mieliśmy ochotę zobaczyć rooftop bar niestety ciągle imprezy zamknięte więc po co to w ogóle mieć w opisie. Hotel pozostawił bardzo mieszane uczucia.
