Very central
We didn't like the glass in bathroom door so when you go to the toilet during the night. The bathroom light shines through the glass door. Which disturbed the person asleep in bed. No mirror next to plug, so couldn't do hair in mirror.

La ubicación perfecta, en el centro de la ciudad.
La cama muy cómoda. El personal muy atento, hablaban muchos en castellano
Los muebles un poco degastados.
Faltaba luz en la habitación.
All hotel staff were extremely polite and helpful.
Standard room was very compact; well configured considering the limited space.
Bed was comfortable and the room was clean.
Location of hotel was very close to the Grand Place; a few minutes walking time only.
Breakfast choices were plentiful, dining area comfortable and staff helpful.
Observations to note, but being in a very condense building area in the heart of the city does create limitations:
No space in the bedroom for clothes cupboard.
No hooks to hang coats/jackets in lieu of cupboard.
Unfortunately, adjacent to service lift/elevator. No excessive noise but slight odour.
Garage entrance/exit is very steep and narrow so need to be careful.
There is a smell/odour of damp, possibly from waste pipes. Not overpowering, but obvious.

Excellent location, walking distance to all the main attractions. Lovely selection for breakfast.
The location was excellent for exploring old Brussels - just a 5 minute walk to the Grand Place.
The staff were chatty and helpful.
Although our booking was for an extra large double bed we only got the option of twin or queen when checking in on line. We chose queen but when we got there it was a twin room. And the room was a bit small.
Not a big deal for a night stay.

La climatisation etait défectueuse et malgré un surclassement , la seconde chambre etait meilleure, mais la température demeurait élevée en pleine canicule.
Muy céntrico, personal MUY amable y desayuno muy variado y bueno.
se nota un poco ya viejo (baños, muebles, aire acondicionado..) para un 4 estrellas la verdad que no muy bien en ese sentido. Tampoco tienen servicio de restauración (solo puedes desayunar en el hotel, no es posible comer o cenar)
