Merkezi ve temiz bir otel
Pros:

Otel çok merkezi bir yerde, tren garı ve metronun birkaç dakika yürüme mesafesinde. Çalışanlar çok ilgili ve kibardı, oda temizdi, odada eksik yoktu herşey düşünülmüştü. Tabi ki fiyat olarak daha uygun olabilirdi ama bir daha Brüksel’e gelecek olsam tekrar kalacağım bir yer diye düşünüyorum.

Är INTE ett fyrstjärnigt hotell!

Bra läge och trevlig personal.

Cons:

Väldigt slitet och nedgånget, ingen fungerande fläkt i badrummet. Vid bokning här fanns alternativet ett rum med två separata sängar, vilket var vad som fick oss att välja hotellet. Efter bokning kom ett meddelande att det inte garanterades separata sängar. Ett dygn innan vistelsen kunde man checka in digitalt och få välja rum. Valde då ett med separata sängar. När vi kom till hotellet fick vi ändå inte detta rum utan tvingades att dela säng.
Det var för högt pris i förhållande till den standard hotellet hade.

Heel fijn gelegen: vlakbij centraal station, midden in centrum, schoon, vriendelijk personeel, heel goed ontbijt (!), goede bedden

De badkamer: de douche is erg klein

Amazing! So easy to reach from Central Station and very close to the city center (7 min. walk). Loved it!
Pros:

Very easy to reach and very nice, helpful staff. They were very quick with the check-in and check-out and held our luggage for us so we could pick them up later. Maria in particular was so sweet, even handed us some sweets as we left! Rooms were clean and very well stocked up with everything we needed.

Cons:

Minor inconveniences are: there are no lights on the ceiling and no mirrors aside from the one in the bathroom.

Pros:

I had a great stay at this hotel. Everything was clean, the location was perfect, and all of the staff were friendly and welcoming. A special thank you to Laiba, who was especially kind and helpful whenever I had any questions. She made my stay even more enjoyable with her excellent service. I would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

Renovations seem very random. First room - lovely bed, great shower, poor paintwork in bedroom and cracked tiles on bathroom floor. Second room great bedroom but bathroom tiles had mould.

Très bon emplacement, personnel très gentil, chambre plus que correct! Très bonne zone géographique

Cons:

Malgré le fait du double vitrage! Pas mal de bruit dans la rue, (sirène ambulance, police,) bruit des gens dans les cafés
