El personal es muy amable. Y el hotel está muy bien ubicado en la Zona clásica de Roma, pegando a La Fontana de Trevi, pero sin el agobio y el gentío de ésta.

Cons:

La habitación que nos dieron el primer día, en una planta baja interior, y con ruido de un extractor a la noche que dificultó el descanso.

Okay for a short stay if you want to be centrally located

The location is just GREAT ... just 2 minutes form the Trevi fountain and 5 minutes from Piazza Barberini... we walked everywhere
Good breakfast with enough options, not too many variations but okay for a four night's stay.

Cons:

Upon check-in we we're assigned a room in an older part of the building (we assume) that was really dusty.
We asked for it to be re-cleaned and that was accomodated and they nice staff offered to move us to a nicer and bigger room the next day which was really pleasant. I really wanted to go to the sauna after a long day's walk, but this was only included in the price for the loyalty members .. this was not mentioned at all upon booking and I refuse to pay extra for an amenity that in my opinion should be available for all guest at no additional costs after paying Eur 200 per night per room.

Gute Lage aber… Katastrophale Hygiene, Gestank nach Kanalisation sowie ein völlig überfüllter, dreckiger Frühstückssaal

Hotel liegt an einer guten Lage gleich bei der Fontana die Trevi.

Cons:

Die gesamte Hotelanlage war leider überhaupt nicht sauber. Unser erstes Zimmer hat so extrem nach Kanalisation gestunken, dass wir es wechseln mussten. Da kein gleichwertiges Zimmer mehr frei war, mussten wir in ein kleineres Zimmer umziehen.
Die Reinigung war eine Katastrophe und die Zimmer absolut unhygienisch. Zudem war es auf den Zimmern ziemlich kühl. Der Frühstückssaal war morgens zu jeder Uhrzeit völlig überfüllt, sodass man sich kaum bewegen konnte. Besonders schlimm war der hygienische Zustand der Tische im Speisesaal – so etwas ist selbst für ein 1-Sterne-Hotel nicht akzeptabel.

We booked 2 identical rooms - deluxe double rooms. Unfortunately one was a lot smaller than the other and not deluxe at all. When we tried to speak to the staff they were even rude about it.
