Pros:

Excelente, el hotel está demasiado céntrico haces todo fácil y si necesitas taxi todo están cerca que no sale tan costoso, volveré a Roma y por supuesto me volveré a quedar en este hotel!

Tout. L'hôtel dans sa globalité ainsi que tout le merveilleux personnel. Respect à toute l'équipe. Accueil, gentillesse, propreté irréprochable, chambre tres confortable et tres jolie. Petit-déjeuner tres copieux et chaleureux. Je recommande cet établissement tres vivement. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Tres bon emplacement dans Rome.

שידרגו לנו את החדר לחדר עם מרפסת שלא ניתן לפתוח אותה מרגיש חנוק בחדר, החדר שהזמנתי היה עם חלון חדר מואר, לצערי שידרגו על דעת עצמם, הגענו לקראת חצות והחדר שלנו לא היה זמין .

Excellent location but poor staff and cleanliness
Pros:

Excellent location, big room, nice lobby

Cons:

Staff need to be more friendly. Staff look unhappy and aren’t very welcoming. This includes reception staff and the middle age man with glasses. There’s a man in a shirt at breakfast who looks like he hates his job and avoids any small talk. Isabella at breakfast is the exception and she’s so welcoming and cheerful! Putting a smile on and engaging in a little small talk is all is needed but clearly staff are just frustrated and miserable.

Room was not clean, very dusty and outdated. Toilet was broken on day one when we checked in and we asked someone to look at it and they checked it and said it’s fine after a bit of trial and error.

Yeri harika ancak iç içe geçen 3 ayrı tesis ve ana bina yeni iken diğer 2 bölüm oldukça eski . Kahvaltı almanızı tavsiye derim lüks değil ama yeterli çalışanlar çok gayretli

Cordialidade dos funcionário, café da manhã bem gostoso,

Cons:

Espaço para pendurar roupa muito alto, impossível acessar, banheiro com banheira muito apertado e ainda tem uma porta de box que dificulta o acesso

Prestations de qualité au calme et en plein centre de Rome
Pros:

Hôtel tres bien entretenu et à proximité immédiate de la fontaine de Trévi tout en étant parfaitement au calme.
Accueil chaleureux, personnel aux petits soins et super conseils pour trouver des restaurants de qualité !!
Une douche est à disposition pour le jour du depart en cas de départ tardif.
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.
Merci beaucoup à tout le personnel.

Pros:

Tout était parfait. L'emplacement est idéal pour voir la fontaine la nuit, loin de l'agitation de la journée. Petit déjeuner pour satisfaire tout le monde. Et le personnel agréable. Les réceptionnistes sont tellement gentils et disponibles pour toutes les questions
