Die Unterkunft beeindruckt durch ihre zentrale Lage, die gute Schallisolierung, die trotz der sehr lebendigen Umgebung einen ruhigen Aufenthalt gewährleistet, und durch das zuvorkommende Personal der Rezeption. Das außergewöhnlich große Hotelzimmer hat uns gut gefallen und auch das geschmackvolle, umfangreiche Frühstück entsprach dem gehobenen Preis- Leistungsverhältnis.

Cons:

Es gab zu wenig gemütliche Aufenthaltsbereiche außerhalb des eigenen Zimmers. Auch die Frühstücksräumlichkeiten - auch die des Clubbereichs - ließen eine dem Preis entstandene angenehme Atmosphäre vermissen

Perfect Location, clean and updated, Very Good Breakfast.
Pros:

Typical Italian hotel room, somewhat on the small side when compared to U.S. hotels, but it met our needs. Larger bathroom and good A/C. Literally a 4 minute to the Trevi Fountain. Good assortment at breakfast.

Cons:

Tiny, 4 person elevator.

Pros:

La limpieza de las habitaciones y en todas las instalaciones es nítida y excelente. Los recepcionistas Sergio y Luigi, brindan un servicio al cliente maravilloso, muy atentos y muy profesionales. En este hotel te hacen sentir como en casa, con un trato espectacular. Todo el personal muy capacitado. Sin duda alguna mi familia y yo volveremos pronto.

Cons:

Когда мы приехали в отель нас очень разочаровало заселение. Я заранее забронировала номер с двумя раздельными кроватями и написала в отель с просьбой предоставить комнату с удобной ванной, учитывая, что путешествовала со своей 82-летней свекровью.
Однако сотрудник ресепшена Луиджи поселил нас в номер, который совершенно не соответствовал моему бронированию и пожеланиям. Кровати были сдвинуты вместе, ванная комната имела высокий бортик, что было неудобно и небезопасно для пожилого человека, а окна выходили во внутренний двор, где постоянно шумели наружные блоки кондиционеров. Находиться в номере было очень некомфортно. Кроме того, общение с Луиджи оставило неприятное впечатление из-за его грубого отношения.
К счастью, позже на смену вышел другой сотрудник ресепшена — Сержио. Ему хочется выразить искреннюю благодарность! Он внимательно выслушал нас и уже на следующий день предоставил номер, который полностью соответствовал бронированию и даже превзошёл наши ожидания. Просторная, светлая и тихая комната с двумя раздельными кроватями и удобной ванной комнатой сделала наше пребывание действительно комфортным.
Большое спасибо, Сержио, за профессионализм, внимание к гостям и желание помочь. Благодаря вам впечатление от проживания в итоге стало гораздо лучше.
