PERFEITO! Localização e atendimento impecáveis. Quarto grande e limpo. Café da manhã delicioso.
Pros:

A localização é perfeita! 200 metros da Fontana di Trevi! Fomos a pé ao Coliseu e ao Vaticano. O café da manhã estava delicioso e bem variado. Voltaria muitas vezes!

Pros:

Ηταν πολυ καλο το σημείο, κεντρικά. Μπορούσες να μετακινηθεις σε πολλα σημεία με τα πόδια αλλα βόλευαν και τα λεωφορεία. Το μέτρο ηταν 7 λεπτά με τα πόδια.

Cons:

Το δωμάτιο ηταν γεμάτο τρίχες όταν μπήκαμε, εχει μοκέτα στο πάτωμα και η κουρτίνα μπάνιου ηταν παλια.

Tesisin konumu çok iyi olduğu içim 3. kez bu otelde komakladım.

Cons:

Booking.com'dan satın alınan odalar eski ve temizlik yeterli değil. Bıu otelde ilk kalışımda otelden direkt oda satın almıştım, oda çok yeni ve çok hijyenikti. Geçen yıl booking üzerinden kaldığım oda yeni olmamasına rağmen hergün düzenli temizleniyordu.ve görevli çok ilgili ve sempatikti. Bu yıl odamızla ilgilenem İspanyol asıllı housekeeping check out aşamasında haddini aşarak ofa sigara kokuypr dedi, ( odada duman dedektörü olduğu halde ) Otel içinde olduğumuz süre içinde sürekli 3. kattaki terasta sigara içtik sanırım bu bahaneyle ceza talep yöntemi geliştiriyorlar, her katta kamera var terasa sürekli giriş çıkışımızı görüntüleyebilirler aşırı derece öfkelendim. Evimin içinde bile asla sigara içmeyen ve spkakta sigara içsem birl izmariti çöp kutusu bulana kadar taşıyan biriyim. Otelde ilk verilen oda korkunçtu, hemen değişim talep ettim ve bir tık daha iyi odaya geçtik ancak banyo eskiydi duş aparatı zor açılıyordu. İki gün havlularımız değiştirilmedi ve temizlik talep ettiğimde İspanyol house keeping agesif tavır ald. House keeping müdürü çok katı ve sevimsiz. Akşamların resepsiyonda çalışanlar çok daha ilgililer.
Bir daha bu otelde kalmayı asla düşünmüyorum. İtalya aşığı biri olarak bu yıl karşılaştığım tutumlar karşısında hayretler içinde kaldım.

Great location and staff but cleanliness needs improvement.
Pros:

Great location near Trevi fountain and other places. Staff was super helpful and friendly.

Cons:

We had two rooms and both had hair on the shower walls the first day. The USB/USB-C/outlet combo didn’t work. The scrambled eggs for breakfast were not cooked thoroughly.

Pretty decent hotel with Americanized continental breakfast
Pros:

The location near the Trevi fountain was nice. It was difficult to book transportation from the hotel, though. We usually had to walk down to the busy intersection to book a taxi or Uber through apps. Breakfast selections were pretty decent, though the room was very humid and stuffy.

Cons:

The air conditioning and the bathroom vent fan didn't seem to be very effective. There was a heat wave that had just begun, so the facilities may have been stressed by the overuse. We got a room with 2 beds: one double and one twin. My twin mattress kept sliding off the wooden bed platform every time I sat on it, so watch for that.

Great location close to all attractions! Nice, cosy, comfortable hotel with friendly staff!
Pros:

I would especially like to highlight the helpfulness of the staff because the ventilation in the bathroom was working non-stop, very noisy, and could not be turned off, which required technical service. The receptionist offered me a room change and I got a new room within 15 minutes.
