Pros:

Reception staff warm and accommodating to me and my chatty 5yo.
Good size and set up of unit.
Great pool with wading part for little kids/babies.
Good BBQ areas.

Cons:

It is up a slight hill from the train station, it was hard with luggage.

Best view to wake up to
Pros:

The amazing views, comfy beds. Felt luxurious

Cons:

Some.maintenance needed to be done. The lights in unsuited didn't all go, towel rail was coming off. We could hear alot of noise from the street below even though on 31st floor

Most loveliest staff & stay 😊
Pros:

Staff were amazing, I can’t thank them enough. I unfortunately got sick when I was there so what was meant to be a 2 night stay, ended up being a 3 week stay.

The stay was very peaceful, and I’m glad I ended up staying here to get myself better. Really lovely apartment, loved the washing machine and dryer too. Location was great too!

Kim, Kam, Nagomu, Jacinta were all amazing on front desk, so so kind. Also Winnie, Jean, Nicole, Raine, Mina & Rica were all so helpful speaking to them on the phone to extend my stay.

Highly recommend!! Thank you so much again 🫶

Cons:

Maybe could do with a deep clean but other than that great :)

Excellent location with restaurants, cafes & groceries all a few minutes walk away.
Pros:

Excellent location & perfect for our needs.

Cons:

We were two couples, the lounge seating was not very uncomfortable as we were there for 4 nights & stayed in for 2 of them.
A suggestion of also putting some shelving into the wardrobe would be great as the 2nd bedroom space around the bed was limited for opening a suitcase.

a little luxe, very clean and gorgeous views
Pros:

The apartment was comfortable, update with a little luxe feel. It was soooooo clean. Loved the view and location which was very handy to Suncorp Stadium and also Queen st mall. Great cafes too.

Cons:

Tv! out of date. couldn't access any apps on the tellie. No digital "real" digital tellie. I couldn't even download my own apps to watch to delete when i left.

Excellent choice
Pros:

Great location, easy communication to arrange check in. Spotless clean, nice bed and shower. It had exactly what we needed.

Cons:

The only thing I would mention is that maybe is lacking a shelf or two inside the wardrobe for storage.

Pros:

Will stay here again
Pros:

Very comfortable beds and pillows. Beautiful and clean rooftop and pool area. Great staff, especially Angela.

Cons:

No drawers in bedrooms for clothes, only hanging space. Bedside tables need to be small bedside cupboards with drawer.
