Pros:

The location is excellent, making it very easy to explore the city. The staff was incredibly polite and welcoming throughout our stay. Breakfast was quite good with a decent variety of choices. A huge plus was that they upgraded our room, which turned out to be very spacious and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

Great for first time visitors to Milan. The location to Duomo, Brera, Las Scala was great.
