Nice hotel to stay in Milan within short walking distance to everything
Pros:

Location is perfect in walking distance to Duomo amd shopping mall. , Very attentive staff ready to help with any needs. Breakfast was perfect. Room was small, but very comfortable. Roof top is nice addition and view at night is spectacular.

Hôtel très bien placé, très propre. Il y avait beaucoup de place dans les chambres. Le personnel est très sympa. Petit déjeuner diversifié et copieux.

Cons:

Peu d'équipement pour un hôtel 4 étoiles. A certains moments, il n'y a personne qui parlait français

The location

Breakfast doesn’t start not till 7 am. We booked with breakfast but wasn’t able to to have breakfast because our tours started at 7:30am. They charge for the ice for 11 euro. You can’t adjust the water since, cold water doesn’t work . The water was so hot, you can’t have shower. Requested to borrow a cork opener, we were promised that they will send it but it never came. Above all, I wouldn’t recommend to stay there.

המיקום מצוין,קרוב מאוד למרכז ומאפשר גישה נוחה לאזורים שונים במרכז.נקי,מסודר,ארוחת הבוקר טובה ונעימה,עם מגוון אפשרויות.הנוף מהגג היה משגע ושווה לשבת ולהנות משתייה ונשנוש קל בערך בזמן השקיעה.

יחס של המארחת בכניסה לקומת הגג ביום שבת בערב.לא אפשרה להיכנס בטענה שלא ביצענו הזמנה בו בעת שהכניסה אורחים אחרים ללא הזמנה והיו מקומות פנויים.פניתי לקבלה וטיפלו בזה מיד.יחס כזה פוגע בכל הדברים הטובים האחרים שיש למקום האירוח להציע וגם באנשי צוות אחרים שנתנו טיפול אדיב.

Lovely clean hotel whilst on a short trip to see Eros Ramazzotti and would gladly stay again.

Very central, very clean. Most sites within a short walk and good links to tram and metro, which are nearby.
