Excellent location, but poor service and disappointing value for the price.
Pros:

The only positive aspect was the excellent location, within walking distance of the Duomo and other main attractions.

Cons:

Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. The room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, housekeeping did not clean our room on the first day, and room service was slow and overpriced. The hotel was overcrowded due to conferences, making the overall experience feel chaotic. We also experienced a power outage that left us without air conditioning, which was especially uncomfortable during the summer. The staff was unable to provide basic amenities such as a power adapter, and communication regarding the issues we reported was slow. Considering the premium price we paid, the quality of service and facilities did not meet the standards expected of a 4-star hotel.

Cons:

Given a poor room.
Couldn’t control the air conditioning. Controlled by reception.
Humming noise outside all night.
Toilet got blocked first time I used it.
Had to insist to change my room to which they were initially reluctant to do.
Replacement room was fine.
