Good hotel option for events at Wembley
Pros:

Staff were friendly and recently decorated making it comfortable. The buffet breakfast was nice but didn’t cater for different dietary requirements such as soya milk or gluten free bakeries

Cons:

A strong smell of weed at night time.

Pros:

Staff were pleasant and it was clean and the room was not worn-down. There was not a lot of noise and the rooms seemed well noise insulated as we heard nothing from the other rooms.

Cons:

There was no air-conditioning and it was warm. There was only a dribble from the shower and the bathroom became a sauna because of poor airflow.

Pros:

Great for a one night stay for Wembley stadium. Room was nice and staff were friendly. Great location- near train/tube stations.

Cons:

Rooms could do with a little TLC and bed was quite small.

Nice stay. Would stay again.
Pros:

Comfy bed and bedding. Had a great night sleep just wasn't long enough.
Location was great, close to the tube to get to Wembley stadium.
It was really hot so they supplied fans for the room which was hugely appreciated

Cons:

Our room backed onto the street and we were woken up early by diggers etc outside doing works which we were not made aware of.
I personally didn't like the breakfast. There wasn't a toaster either. Croissant's and yoghurts etc were a good back up though.

Top Lage, sehr ruhig, gutes Frühstück, freundliches Personal

Cons:

Türen knallen laut zu: Das ist sehr nervig; im Sommer wären dünne Bettdecken wünschenswert.

Good Hotel but needs better front desk staff.
Pros:

The hotel is placed in a good location tucked away from the busy road. The room was very clean with all the basic amenities you would expect in a low budget hotel.Good breakfast options. Great check-out experience.

Cons:

Check-in experience was extremely poor and severely disappointing. The person at the check- in desk was rude and requires customer service training.
Also why would someone staying at the hotel call our room phone before 8am asking us about breakfast timing! How does that even happen?

Vilkas Finchley Road on lähellä, mutta hotellin ympäristö oli rauhallinen.
Pros:

Perusaamiainen. Parina päivänä kahvi/kuumavesiautomaatti oli rikki, jolloin käytettiin muovikuorista vedenkeitintä, josta aiheutui odottamista. Eikä saman veden lämmittämistä pari kertaa paranna teen makua. Pidän raakamakkaroista (pork sausages), mutta yhtenä päivänä niitä ei oltu paistettu tarpeeksi: makkaroiden väri oli kokonaan harmaa eivätkä ne olleet lämpimiä, vaan haaleita, mikä aiheutti minulle diarreen. Mikähän on pääasiassa Itä-Euroopasta kotoisin olevan henkilökunnan hygieniatieto? Olimme hotellissa 4 yötä ja viimeisenä aamuna makkaroissa oli paistamisesta ruskeaa väriä, mutta en uskaltanut ottaa niitä. Myöskään ystäväni ei ollut tyytyväinen aamiaiseen, vaan yhtenä päivänä menimme toiseen paikkaan, missä hän söi ison annoksen englantilaisaamiaista (cooked breakfast).

Great location, lovely staff, clean and comfortable room.
Pros:

We stayed here after seeing Harry Styles at Wembley. We had a very easy journey back. Room was very comfortable abd there was a fan to help with the heatwave - we had twin beds and my daughter and I both slept well. Staff were lovely and friendly.

Pros:

I often stay here and the staff are unfailingly helpful always going the extra mile.
Wonderful location for me, near my favourite shops and the Osteopathic school where I teach. The breakfasts are lovely too.

Cons:

That I wasn't staying longer!
