My husband and I celebrated our honeymoon here. It was great, we got a great view of the city and the camel which made our stay even better! The pool was very relaxing and the location of the hotel was great! We had a wonderful time and will be making this an annual trip for our anniversary ☺️

This is a beautiful hotel with a great on‑site restaurant. The property includes a pool with a nearby tiki bar and several additional activities for families or friends to enjoy. The airport is conveniently close, though there is no shuttle service available.
The staff was friendly and welcoming; however, when I asked for recommendations or directions to places in the area, the employees I spoke with weren’t very helpful. The hotel could also benefit from having more bartenders and wait staff. We were there for a conference during the World Cup, and the team simply couldn’t keep up with the influx of guests. I would stay again.
Nova checked me in and he was very friendly, offered things to do in town and kindly gave me a room with a view on request. Room was beautiful and comfortable. Stellar service. The text feature is great. Free drink voucher was a lovely add. Other staff on the grounds were generally friendly. A couple of icy interactions with two other members of reception on checkout day felt out of place for a resort like this but otherwise was a wonderful (albeit short) stay.
Would be a great value add to have a complimentary shuttle to destinations within a short radius of hotel.

We enjoyed our stay at Omni
This Omni Mandalay is in the heart of a very cool and interesting area (Las Colinas canal). Lots of walkable places to eat and drink and shop. The hotel beds and rooms were terrific. The breakfast was decent, but the best experience we had was out by the pool, ordering drinks and food. They were great but what was outstanding was the service. We had a server named Emma who took good care of us and treated us like royalty. We went back the next day and asked for her section.
I’ve traveled across the world, and stayed in hotels and resorts. The staff made my stay one of the best ever! Every single staff person went over and beyond for me. I will recommend this particular hotel over and over again 100/10
We were celebrating our anniversary and the Omni upgraded our room and had a bottle of Champagne and Charcuterie Board for us. We spent our days by the pool and had the best breakfast buffet at Flossey’s.
