Overall, front desk employees were amazing, food was good, & atmosphere was great!
Pros:

Restaurant in the lobby is amazing! Bartenders were so friendly & food was delivered fast.

Cons:

The guy working the counter in the small store needs a better attitude or another job.

The good out weighed the bad I would stay again!
Pros:

Loved the location & the staff was so friendly made you feel like your at home would stay again!

Cons:

The only negative is the pillows & bed we’re awful made my back hurt the worst I’ve ever slept on. Just need to bring my own pillow on my next stay.

Pros:

The staff were all friendly and very helpful. They made the stay feel special. I liked that you had options to enjoy food from restaurants, the tiki bar, and the over the counter café. The pool was so relaxing. Although we have the Texas heat I did enjoy the fire pits at night.

Caring and friendly staff
Pros:

I had a room on the 24th floor with a great view of the lake. The room was quiet and spacious but was a bit dusty until the first day of housekeeping. I have to say my favorite aspect of this hotel was the people. Everyone was super nice and friendly and I felt they genuinely cared about ensuring I had a great experience.
