A solid hotel with great rooms and beds, and a cool pool bar/restaurant experience.
Pros:

This Omni Mandalay is in the heart of a very cool and interesting area (Las Colinas canal). Lots of walkable places to eat and drink and shop. The hotel beds and rooms were terrific. The breakfast was decent, but the best experience we had was out by the pool, ordering drinks and food. They were great but what was outstanding was the service. We had a server named Emma who took good care of us and treated us like royalty. We went back the next day and asked for her section.

Birthday stay
Pros:

I’ve traveled across the world, and stayed in hotels and resorts. The staff made my stay one of the best ever! Every single staff person went over and beyond for me. I will recommend this particular hotel over and over again 100/10

It was a perfect stay and we will celebrate again at the Omni!
Pros:

We were celebrating our anniversary and the Omni upgraded our room and had a bottle of Champagne and Charcuterie Board for us. We spent our days by the pool and had the best breakfast buffet at Flossey’s.

Phenomenal
Pros:

Exceptional service and accommodations. The room was very clean staff was very nice and attentive. Daisy is the goat! She took care of me while I was there and I’ll def go back very soon!

Pros:

Location. I love the Greek yogurt calypso excellent

Cons:

The food was adequate. You did not have enough staff, Bellman, valet personnel. We had to wait over 40 minutes to get a car. We were a tennis team and had time crunches.

The building and grounds are very nice. The operation is a parade of incompetency.
Pros:

Not much. Service was awful. Place is run by a bunch of kids. Don’t see annoying who looks to be in authority. TV doesn’t work right.

Cons:

Shall I go on. Tried to call front desk. No one answered. There really is no front desk. No concierge. I did get some help ordering an Uber. But the guy put in the wrong airport. A cup of coffee took 20 minutes. Both last night and this morning. Looks like ur trying 1 kitchen for 3 restaurants. Service is awful at all three. Waitress paid little or no attention to the table when only 20% of tables were in use. Have no idea how I got on Booking.com. I think that’s you. Ended up one night at twice the price for half a room.
