Pros:

The staff were all friendly and very helpful. They made the stay feel special. I liked that you had options to enjoy food from restaurants, the tiki bar, and the over the counter café. The pool was so relaxing. Although we have the Texas heat I did enjoy the fire pits at night.

Caring and friendly staff
Pros:

I had a room on the 24th floor with a great view of the lake. The room was quiet and spacious but was a bit dusty until the first day of housekeeping. I have to say my favorite aspect of this hotel was the people. Everyone was super nice and friendly and I felt they genuinely cared about ensuring I had a great experience.

The view was good.

Cons:

The pool atmosphere. People were ok, waitress were awesome. If i had paid for a pool day, I would have really been upset. There was no music, no games...just boring.

Pros:

I love how clean and kid friendly it is. The entire staff from walking by and being greeted, asked if we needed anything or simply wishing the birthday girl a happy birthday was amazing and always are!

Cons:

I believe half of the elevators were down during this stay ( we’ve stayed before many time!). So the wait for an elevator being on the 24th floor was a real wait but we got to mingle with other guest while we all waited which was fun!

Fantastic 4th of July Getaway
Pros:

The Omni Las Colinas made a great stay for me and my partner over the 4th of July weekend. The staff at this hotel is always top notch and we were really pleased to find some extra welcome amenities in our room when we arrived. It is such a rare thing to have a hotel really know how to put extra details into making a stay better and they did that with the extra treats at the pool and the attention to details throughout the stay. This makes the hotel feel alive and a place you hate to leave.

Pros:

beautiful view , nice pool ,big and spacious, 2 bars.

Cons:

elevators are crap .. you wait forever & ever & ever ..
i think the pool is open to the public .. bc u saw randoms jus coming in and out .. you have to pay a 100$ deposit each night u stay and parking even tho u park urself..
we asked or a towel 4 times & no one came EVER
and my husband went down to ask and said they would send it up .. never came.

Be warn - Poor service
Pros:

Only two elevators were operational, and I was trapped in one of the broken elevators and had to find an exit; fortunately, it moved and stopped on the seventh floor. Staff never warned us. Also, I paid $120 for late check out, but I had to tell the front desk twice since I kept receiving emails indicating that I needed to check out by 12 p.m., despite the fact that I had already paid for it. And what is worst my key stop working after 12 noon. bad experience and will not return.
