Total disappointment
Pros:

Great location.
Facecloths in bathroom.
Elevators.

Cons:

Mice.
Broken thermostat in room.
Indifferent (or maybe seriously understaffed) staff.
Ridiculous prices.
Terrible food in restaurant, and dozens of mice.

Stay was fine but way overpriced for value.
Pros:

Bed comfortable. Good location.

Cons:

No on site parking. No valet service. Convoluted inside route to get from parking to hotel. Hotel validated parking but on exit it didn’t work and didn’t get $10 discount. For the price parking should be free. Internet was terrible. TV had no guide available so hard to find channel to watch. For price room was very tired and long overdue for a makeover.

Pros:

location, tempos, staff

Cons:

a safety bar in the bath tub would have useful for getting in and out of the tub and we had to ask for a rubber mat to keep from slipping. We had to request someone to empty the garbage and also had to ask for clean towels and because we only stayed 3 days we weren't on the cleaning list, but staff did do these tasks when we asked.

Lovely, but wouldn't spend that much again for this hotel
