Excellent hôtel pour nôtre étape d’une nuit
Pros:

Chambre confortable, très bien équipée et excellente literie. Très bon emplacement au centre-ville. Excellent accueil et conseil du service de conciergerie.

Cons:

Petit déjeuner et parking très chers

It was decent, good location, comfy beds.
Pros:

The service and attentiveness at the breakfast was lacking and felt rushed. The selection of food was decent (the scrambled eggs were runny) but I was surprised with how quickly they packed up (11:00 am sharp). We didn’t think it was worth going back again.

Cons:

I was highly disappointed to find I had to pay 43/day to park our rental car.

Good choice for the price
Pros:

Everything was near, place is convenient. There is a good restaurant in the hotel, and all the staff was very helpful and polite.

Cons:

There is no fan in the toilet.

Bagno da ristrutturare!
Pros:

La posizione, il bar, il check in e check out digitale.

Cons:

Il bagno è piccolo, la vasca vecchia e rovinata, le tendine antigieniche, il water piccolo e con molta acqua. L'aria condizionata funzionante ma molto molto rumorosa (impianto vecchio).
Camera abbastanza piccola.

The best part of our stay was the staff. Every employee we interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely eager to help. Despite the issues we experienced with our rooms, they responded quickly, worked hard to resolve the problems, and made us feel valued as guests. Their outstanding customer service was the highlight of our stay.

Cons:

Our stay was extremely frustrating. When we first checked into our room, it had not been cleaned by housekeeping, so we had to be moved. Then, at 11:30 p.m., the second room flooded due to a plumbing issue in the adjoining room, forcing us to move again. We ended up changing rooms twice within just eight hours, which was a major inconvenience and made for a very disappointing experience.

Except the location and staffs, the others dont worth anything.
Pros:

The staffs are very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The facility is really bad. It's super noisy at night. The air-con runs like a cow sound and we totally cannot sleep. We can hear the next room talking clearly like it is. Washroom is not working well.
