The Hotel Overall is Really Good
Pros:

The rooms are small but super quiet, that was amazing! The elevators a bit confusing and the zig-zagging through corridors to get to your room can be confusing too. What wasn't that great was the weights room, extremely TINY! Three people in there and you've maxed out capacity. The the cardio and some of the other machines were in a totally different room, on the other side of the pool. The pool and jacuzzi however were nice, great temperature. The Fizzy water refiller a nice touch. Wished there were slippers and ropes in the room for the pool, so I don't have to walk from the room to the pool in my swimming suit and the street shoes. Otherwise a nice experience. The hotel is very central and you can walk everywhere downtown from there.

Pros:

My main concern was the bathroom in room 507. As soon as I turned on the light it was like a strobe light and it kept flashing and flashing for several minutes. It was very jarring especially as i had a migraine. After I took a shower I could not make the tap stop dripping loudly all night long. Perhaps the bathroom needs a refurb? The bed is lovely and comfy and the room temperature was very nice.

Also disappointed the little cafe area in the morning to buy muffins coffee Etc was gone.

I was pleased with location being within walking distance to hospital. Spent only 5-6 hrs a day in room to sleep. Prices are different every day and costly not to mention having no electricity and water on may 10th

Great stay, will be back.
Pros:

My wife and I were having a rough day, Peter at check in was an absolute gem. Clean rooms, very friendly and helpful staff. Couldn’t ask for more. 10’s across the board for everyone.

Amazing!
Pros:

I really like the location because there are many attractions nearby, and it's conveniently situated near the metro and streetcar lines, making it easy to explore the city.

Cons:

Regarding the rooms, a room designed for three guests could benefit from having a t least one queen-sized bed instead of a double bed.

Excellent hotel
Pros:

Close to everything!
Pros:

The check in was so quick, the room was bright, clean and cool. The elevator was quick to and from the 10th floor. They held our bags the day of departure until we caught our train.
