Muy bien ubicado y con múltiples servicios

Estaba muy bien ubicado, tenía muchos servicios a disposición de los usuarios y el personal era muy amable.

Cons:

El acceso a la piscina infantil, únicamente se puede acceder a la zona hasta las 17:00

Cons:

There was a Nespresso coffee machine in the room, but with a single regular coffee capsule (and three decaffeinated) whenever it was restocked, for three people. No Netflix on TV.
These are not big issues, I admit, but for the price of the room they were irritations.

Excelente localização
Pros:

Localização excelente, instalações boas, quarto confortável

Cons:

O restaurante do café da manhã é caro e o serviço é ruim. Não tem serviço no quarto (Room service)
O colchão é mole demais, ruim para a coluna.

Great for a new arrival to the city
Pros:

Amazing locations extraordinarily accommodating staff and a lovely spot in DT Toronto. The bellhops were just fantastic given I just moved and had a LARGE amount of baggage. They didn’t blink an eye!
