Perfect place to stay when seeing a show at the Canada Life Center. Wish it was in a nicer part of Winnipeg though

Front desk was excellent. Everyone we interacted with were helpful. TV needs instructions on access.

Cons:

Hotel is showing it's age. Could use some updates. We picked it because of the proximity to the arena.

Good location and really friendly and helpful front staff and cleaning lady, really kind people

Cons:

The facilities are old and a bit worn down, the gym isn’t great and the rooms are quite basic considering

A pleasant and comfortable stay in downtown
Pros:

This hotel was very convenient for my few days in Winnipeg which were very busy. I found it very comfortable and the staff were very helpful. Altogether a pleasant and comfortable stay.

Cons:

It isn't the fault of the hotel but most of the nearby cafes and restaurants were closed on Sunday. The hotel based Starbucks was a disappointment as they did not have anything suitable for lunch - only sweet items.

The restaurant was very good Also close to attractions

Cons:

I had called down to report problem with tub when we first arrived I was told there was no maintenance but would address the next day. I never did receive assistance. So I purchased the fix myself
