stayed at the Ramada Hotel for the second time, and once again I had a great experience. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was also very friendly, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. I truly enjoyed my visit and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

The room was clean and spacious and everyone was so nice 🙂

Cons:

At night in the smoking area outside, shady people come around and approach you begging or sometimes you can't tell their motives but you know they're not good and you don't feel safe.

Lovely!! Glad this world still have humble sorts among us!!
Pros:

We travelled to visit a relative who is now in a long term care facility. When we arrived after 2 days travel , myself especially was frazzled and in need of sleep. The girl at the front desk ( Anastasia from Ukraine checked me in) that beautiful sort was beyond friendly, kind, heart warming and professional etc!! There was also an awesome gentleman who was dressed in a grey suit ( his name started with K) who was so friendly and whenever we seen him at the desk after check in there was always a wave, big smile!!! Our dreaded trip was made very welcoming from a beautiful “ sunflower “ from Ukraine and a very friendly gentleman!!! Thanks so much!!! Those 2 workers are what brings people like my husband and I back and we will pass our experience and kindness soon to others!!

Pros:

Location was good, easy access to downtown
Felt pretty safe - like that you need key pass to enter lobby and elevator
Staff were friendly

Breakfast not included, for price I would have hoped it would be
Bed was just a double bed. No fitted sheet so it kept coming untucked from box spring. Pretty dirty behind the head of the bed ie. hair, crumbs etc left behind
Older facility so found the walls to be thin and could hear neighbours talking and the doors slamming
No hairdryer in bathroom but staff brought one quickly
Parking lot was very full- would be better if hotel was only using parkade instead of it being public use as well
