Horrible sleep.
Pros:

It’s nice that there is a Starbucks coffee shop in the building.

Cons:

Bed was not comfy and every single pillow was small and lumpy and some were so thin that even folding them in half wasn’t comfortable. The duvet was just a blanket with a sheet on either side, which I’ve never seen before. The sheets would just slide off and we’d have two sheets and a blanket tangled up. It was the worst sleep we’ve ever had in a hotel or motel and we’re both still tired and in pain from the stay.
Also, when you first exit the elevator from the car park before going to the lobby, the carpet in that area absolutely reeks like pee. I don’t understand why you wouldn’t at least have the carpet removed in there…

Pros:

Fantastic staff, front desk, office, housekeeping. Updated rooms, EXCEPT for USB ports. Only 2 in the room for each type USB, both on desk. There is nothing near the beds unless you remembered to bring your cube plug. INTERNET, down again, it was down when I was here in May. Since TV's are App based now, without internet they don't work. Since my laptop, tablet and phone don't get internet there is nothing to do. Time to update the internet service, this is ridiculous. Unfortunately the restaurant may have good food, they are priced for those that can expense their meals. Since I am paying out of pocket I can't enjoy it.

Had to soil myself in the lobby
Pros:

The hotel was fine…room was clean.
The problem occurred when I was in the lobby at 6:15 in the morning and I desperately needed to use the bathroom. The lobby bathrooms are locked so I asked the desk clerk for the key. I was informed that the bathrooms don’t open until 7 am. I showed him my room key and that I am a guest here and this is an emergency. Asian I was denied and I had to run from the lobby and go on the street- not only was relieving myself on the sidewalk and soiling myself as well embarrassing and humiliating - ok had to walk back through the lobby and go back up the 16th floor to my room and shower again. As bad as this was the hotel management response was to tell me that guest are allowed to use the restrooms 24 hours a day and sent a note to my room……this isn’t exactly but very close
Dear guest,
Thank you for letting us know about your concerns we will use this feedback back to help our teams provide better customer experience in the future…….the copy paste corp double speak.
