Windows had a leak so room was quite noisy
We’ve stayed here before and it was great, so it was an easy decision to book it again.

The room was clean when we arrived, and the property was in a convenient location. The check-in process was smooth, and overall it was a comfortable place to stay for a short visit.
The biggest disappointment was the housekeeping. During our two-night stay, the beds were not made properly, and the bathroom was not cleaned thoroughly after servicing the room. Better attention to cleanliness and housekeeping details would greatly improve the overall guest experience.

Tasty but expensive breakfast.
The suite was spacious, well laid out and clean. The large low cabinet was perfect for large luggage though a light above would be helpful in a dimly lit room. Great bathroom amenities other than no shower cap
The coffee bar had no outlet so had to be moved. With 3 people in a room, 1 decaffeinated and 1 regular coffee is inadequate. The pull out sofa mattress had wires were VERY prevalent in the 2 rooms our group booked. These mattresses are not usable as they are. The restaurant had hit and miss service and food.
The in room fridge only ran for 2 hours at a time so we had to push the button repeatedly or perishables wouldn't keep.
