Would stay again!
Pros:

Location, updated and clean. Also, we entered our license plate number incorrectly for the parking garage and they rectified it so that we didn’t have to pay the ticket that the garage tried to give us. Great customer service!

Very expensive for bare minimum rooms
Pros:

Hotel and room was very clean and smelled great
Staff was very kind and inviting
Hotel interior was beautiful
Food in the restaurant was very reasonably priced and delicious, great service

Cons:

We were shocked to have initially been told we had ti pay a $500 damage deposit instead of only $100 because we used our visa/debit card, then when swiping our card instead of inserting it into the machine, we only ended up paying the $100. Next time I would have much rather paid the $100 damage deposit and room booking as one lump sum online.
We were told we would get our damage deposit back after checking out, and we have not seen that amount deposited into our bank account -we are currently sitting at approximately 54hours post checkout.
Paying for parking was not clear. We ended up paying $63 for parking instead of paying the hotel’s “special price” as the signage was subpar.
Room was very small for a family of 4.
No microwave in the room.
Beds looked to be double/full size, and not queens as we had paid for.
Pool is not suitable for small children, no shallow end
