Séjour à la mer près de Chania
Pros:

L'hôtel était confortable et la piscine très chouette. L'accueil et la propreté étaient corrects. Par contre, trop loin pour la plage à pied, pas de parking. Le petit déjeuner était bon, mais les produits venaient de Lidl. Et le café, hors thermos, était payant au petit déjeuner. Pour ces raisons, le prix était trop élevé.

Ο εξωτερικός χώρος ήταν καθαρός και περιποιημένος η πισίνα ευρύχωρη και καθαρή, τα δωμάτια μεγάλα με μπαλκόνι που εμάς μας άρεσε, άνετο κρεβάτι και σαν τοποθεσία εξαιρετική!!

Cons:

Το μόνο που ήταν αρνητικό ήταν το πρωινό διότι δεν υπήρχε ποικιλία, δεν ήταν περιποιημένο ως αποτέλεσμα να αναγκαστούμε μερικές μέρες να προτιμήσουμε να φάμε έξω ενώ είχαμε πληρώσει ήδη για το πρωινό στο ξενοδοχείο!!!

Buon soggiorno, con qualche aspetto da migliorare
Pros:

Abbiamo soggiornato al Gregory Comfort Hotel durante il nostro viaggio a Creta e nel complesso è stata una buona esperienza.

La camera era ok, pulita e confortevole, con cambio e pulizia a giorni alterni, cosa che abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato. La colazione era abbondante, soprattutto per la scelta del salato; un po’ più limitata invece la parte dolce.

Molto comodo il self check-in, soprattutto perché siamo arrivati durante la notte: la struttura è stata molto disponibile e ci ha permesso di organizzarci senza problemi.

Nel complesso darei 7/10: una struttura pratica e funzionale, buona come base per visitare Chania e le spiagge della zona, ma con alcuni aspetti che potrebbero essere migliorati.

Cons:

Espresso e cappuccino a pagamento e non inclusi nella colazione.

Un punto sicuramente da migliorare è il parcheggio: si parcheggia lungo la strada e bisogna avere un po’ di fortuna nel trovare posto. Inoltre è meglio prestare attenzione perché durante il soggiorno ci è capitato di trovare i tergicristalli sollevati e anche biglietti lasciati dai residenti per segnalare il divieto di parcheggio.

Abbiamo anche noleggiato l’auto tramite la struttura. Il servizio è stato comodo, ma abbiamo trovato le procedure di ritiro e riconsegna un po’ macchinose. Abbiamo dovuto attendere quasi un’ora perché l’auto venisse lavata dal personale prima della consegna. Comprendiamo la necessità di consegnare un’auto pulita, ma il tempo necessario per il lavaggio non dovrebbe ricadere sul cliente: in quell’ora avremmo potuto organizzare diversamente il nostro tempo.

Cómoda y bonita estancia
Pros:

Ubicación, desayuno, personal, limpieza, servicios que tienen. Todo el personal es muy agradable y familiar y hacen que la estancia sea genial. La habitación muy bien y tiene todos los detalles necesarios para pasar tus días de vacaciones. Volveríamos sin dudar!

Pros:

Personale cordiale e disponibile. Struttura moderna con camere luminose e con tutti i confort. La piscina é curata, pulitissima e comoda in quelle giornate in cui si ha voglia di relax. Colazione internazionale con piccole, ma gradite variazioni giornaliere. Pulizia camere ogni giorno o al massimo a gg alterni. Ombrelloni e gadget mare gratuiti a disposizione della clientela.

Cons:

Non c'é un vero parcheggio, ma nelle stradine di fronte l'Hotel si trova sempre posto

Camera spaziosa e molto accogliente

Cons:

Parcheggio in strada, si fa fatica a trovare posto soprattutto se la chiesa davanti la struttura sta facendo messa (cosa frequente)
