Pros:

Мы очень довольны отдыхом в этом отеле. Отличное расположение, чистота, хороший и отзывчивый персонал. Завтраки были вкусными. Всё было комфортно и приятно. Спасибо за прекрасный отдых!

Everything went great and we enjoyed it.
Pros:

It was very clean and organized. And everyday the room was cleaned by the staff.

Cons:

Nothing in particular was bad maybe finding a parking spot was a bit difficult especially at night.

Pros:

Sehr gutes Frühstück, netter Empfang, schöner Pool

Cons:

Für Pool Handtücher und Safe muss man extra bezahlen. Das Bad hätte größer sein können, aber Preis/Leistung hat für uns super gepasst.

gut für Stop-over nach Landung zur Weiterreise - a fair deal!
Pros:

Zimmer und as Frühstück waren absolut OK, eine gute und freundliche Option für Reisende, die kurz in Chania bleiben und dann zu ihrem eigentlichen Ziel weiterreisen möchten.

Cons:

Wir kamen (angekündigt) sehr spät nach Mitternacht an. Alles war gut vorbereitet vom Hotel - aber etwas präzisere Hinweise, welchen Weg man in der Hotelanlage gehen muss und wo das avisierte Zimmer liegt, hätten die Sache sehr erleichtert.

Pros:

El personal muy agradable, nos preguntaban tidos los dias. Las instalaciones limpias, cambio de toallas a diario.
La piscina genial.
El desayuno buffet completo.

Die Ruhe. Den Pool den man fast immer alleine für sich hatte.

Cons:

Vieles! Meine Frau hatte dort ein Zimmer gebucht, welches plötzlich storniert war/wurde…keiner weiß es. Wie waren es auf jeden Fall nicht. Dann 2 Tage vor Abflug das letzte freie Zimmer dort gebucht und bei Ankunft hieß dann: sie haben 2 Zimmer gebucht. Bitte was???? Der unfreundliche Herr von Rezeption lies kein freundliches Wort an uns und war auch nicht wirklich hilfsbereit. Der Hotelmanager oder Kollege war netter und meinte, wir sollten nur die Touristenabgabe zahlen und sie würden das Zimmer weitergeben. Mehrfache Telefonate mit Booking geführt und trotzdem kein Ergebnis! Resultat, uns wurde nur die Touristenabgabe erstattet und das war’s!!! Übler und kostspieliger kann ein Urlaub nicht beginnen. Die Damen die das Frühstück machten, lächelten eigentlich nie und wirkten eher genervt. Ich kann die absolut positiven Erfahrungen für dieses Hotel definitiv nicht teilen.
