For what they charge, especially on the weekends, this property was disappointing.
Pros:

Room was decently sized, quiet and bed was comfortable. Wifi was ok. Sink area was large with decent storage underneath. Laundry facilities were filled with good quality machines and kept clean. Hot tub was very strong and pleasant.

Cons:

One of the front desk staff, was very curt, and unpleasant. Carpet in room was filthy. I went to wipe up some water I spilled and the cloth I used was almost black from the dirt :( Elevator was jerky and felt like it needed major maintenance. Mismatched lighting everywhere. DIfferent color temperature bulbs in bathroom/shower area, bedroom and vanity area. Very jarring🤪

Great location but.....
Pros:

Staff were great. Hotel needs to upgraded, nice and clean, but clearly showing it's age. Bathroom has no safety grab bars and dry towels are located in the bath/shower tub area. The water diverter did not work well, half of the water was still coming out of the spout. When the room on the other side of ours, we could hear the shower and toilet being used. The vanity area is locked with the small kitchen. Drain slowly drained. Great location. Very expensive to use the vending machine (living room area they called it).

Front desk staff acted like they hated their job. No personality. They both wore masks which I found utterly ridiculous

I was close to the elevator that was a good thing

Cons:

I had to go back and ask her towels to where they wouldn't towels or bath soap the bathtub wasn't clean at all I had to clean it myself the floor had bits of pieces of trash that could have been completely vacuumed completely well the bad hat spots on the sheets and was missing covers and the pillows were hard and they wouldn't pillowcases wasn't covering the pillows correctly and the beds were uncomfortable the frames and I had it back pain due to the state

Excellent three night stay with two rooms. We will be back again.
Pros:

We love the property. We always stay here when we visit my Son who is in the military. We usually have two rooms for multiple days. It's always clean and well kept. Great location. The only problem this time was our safe did not work in the room. It was OK because I used the one in my son's room.

Cons:

The only thing that was bad was the safe in my room did not work. However, it wasn't that big of a deal because I use the one in my son's room.
