Cheap rate for an area close to activities in San Diego.

Cons:

The shower system wasn’t functioning as expected. I tried calling down to the front desk twice in the evening, but no one answered. When I went to the front desk the next morning to check out (only stayed 1 night), the front desk staff clarified how the shower system works. But since I had an early flight to catch, I couldn’t take a shower and had to get on my plane without showering. This whole issue could’ve been resolved if the front desk staff had answered the phone calls for help.

Great stay
Pros:

Stay was great! Better than we expected. Room was clean and everything looked pretty newly updated. Staff that we interacted with were all friendly and great. Yes, the whole hotel circle area has been around for awhile so the area is a bit old, but that's every hotel there. We would definitely stay again.

I wouldn’t stay in this hotel again because it didn’t meet my family’s needs but mostly the lack of cleanliness and amen

I liked the convenience of how close it was to all the popular attractions in San Diego

Cons:

The 1st room we were given has a strong musty/dirty smell. The parking lot is so narrow and had a hard time finding parking for both nights. We did not get in the pool because the water was cloudy.
