Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel!

The location is excellent — close to everything you would want to see and do in San Diego. It was very convenient to get around and explore the area.

Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. It included a table, a safe, a hair dryer, and everything else we needed during our stay. You can tell that the property is well cared for because everything was spotless and in great condition.

One of the highlights was the heated pool. The water was very warm and comfortable, even when the weather outside was cool. The hot tub was also clean and relaxing.

The hotel offers great amenities, including an ice machine and laundry facilities. There are washing machines and dryers on-site, and you can even purchase laundry detergent and other essentials. The staff can also provide change for the laundry machines, which is very convenient.

The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything we needed.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting San Diego, whether you’re traveling alone, as a couple, or with family. It was especially comfortable and convenient for families with children.

We would gladly stay here again!

To much noise
Pros:

Even after 7 day didn't get the deposit money back . I left messasges they didnt responsed. I called the didn't pick up the telefon .I left room perfektní clean .Be very to give them deposit money - they dont refund them back .

Cons:

I accidetally overdpaid them .They told me that within few day they will send me my deposit money back to my bank .They stop answering my Phone. Be very careful . They didnt sent my deposit money .

Dirty , rooms where humid, bed weren’t comfortable, bathroom vent didn’t work right , pools were dirty , microwave was very and it was very bad smell , there continental breakfast was no breakfast. Would not recommend it

Pros:

I liked that it was close to the freeway and the location was great. When I did have a problem with the room . Staff came by with 20 minutes and fixed the problem.

Cons:

I could hear the people upstairs from me, I could hear all the people walking by, I was next to the maintenance room and heard all the workers that evening and early morning. The walls are paper thin and should have more insulation for quieter sleep.
