Great location. Pools are awesome, staff was great.

Rooms are small and a bit dated. We had issues getting our room cleaned daily as well.

Pros:

The rooms are pretty basic, but the rest of the resort was pretty awesome. The whole atmosphere makes a person feel good. The staff is very helpful and they drive you to different locations if needed. It was one of the experiences I've ever had with a 3 star hotel. Also, it's also nice to look up and see the ocean while eating at the restaurant.

Cons:

There's nothing that was bad.. The only thing is the rooms are very basic which is expected from a 3 star hotel.

샌디에고에서 휴식을 취하기 위한 최적의 리조트
Pros:

시내에서는 좀 떨어져 있지만 리조트 시설을 이용하기에는 최적의 위치에 있습니다. 미션베이에 위치하고 있어서 산책로에서 조깅을 하거나 자전거를 타기에도 좋고, 리조트 내에도 수영장이 2개가 있어서 큰 복잡함 없이 이용할 수 있습니다. 객실의 크기도 3인 가족이 이용하기에 좋았고, 수영장 바로 앞에 있는 객실을 선택해서 리조트를 이용하기에 최적이었습니다. 객실이 많은 것에 비해 주차공간이 부족하지 않았던 것도 좋았습니다. 시내에서는 좀 떨어져 있지만, 차량으로 10분 거리 내에 Phil's BBQ를 비롯해 많은 식당들이 있었고, 올드타운도 10분 정도 밖에 안떨어져 있습니다. 프리웨이가 근처에 있어서 라호야나 아울렛을 가기에도 좋았습니다.

Cons:

리조트피하고 주차요금이 추가되면서 예약할때 예상했던 금액보다 많이 나온 점은 좀 아쉽습니다.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at the Dana Hotel.

Due to an unexpected family emergency, I was forced to check out one day early from my three-night reservation. While I understand that hotels have policies, it is difficult to understand what a property gains by charging a guest for a room that is no longer being used because of a genuine emergency.

Rather than showing compassion and flexibility, the hotel chose to keep the additional night’s room charge. To me, this feels less like customer service and more like corporate greed. Situations like this leave a lasting impression and make guests feel that policies are valued more than people.

I had expected better from a hospitality-focused business. Unfortunately, this experience has completely changed my perception of the Dana Hotel. I will not stay here again, nor will I recommend this property to friends, family, or colleagues in the future.

Even though the Bahia is a little more we will be returning to it. NO more Dana for us.

Bar staff was very pleasant and service was great.

Cons:

The location is noisy. Too much road noise and the property is surrounded by public park with people blaring their music all day and night. People around the property smoking weed. Elevator smelled like weed every time we got into it.
