Pros:

Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Staff was so friendly. Marina view was gorgeous. Pools were nice and bar at the smaller pool was so cool.

Cons:

No elevator, no hooks in the room to hang towels.

Could be better.
Pros:

Good location. Good bed.

Cons:

The blinds don’t let the room totally dark. When the sun rises the bedroom becomes bright.
The gym doesn’t have at least one gym mat. Obsolete equipment. They charge another “amenities fee” for two bottles of water and access to gym.

Love this place but I was quoted a price from bookings .com and have a receipt but was charged more. Im still waiting for them to respond with a refund.

My kids loved the movie nights by the pool
Pros:

Beautiful landscaping. Loved that we had a patio with a gate leading directly to one of the pools.

Cons:

My purse got stolen from our room while we were packing up to leave. My husband and 2 sons were out the back door by the pool and me and my other son took a couple bags to our van. A lady was sitting on a bench near our room when we walked out and stole my purse while we had our backs turned. Surveillance video showed she had been pacing back & forth by our room prior to the incident. I had to file police report. Now we would never want to stay there again.

Wonderful oasis (amazing pool and staff)
Pros:

The pools are amazing. Pools are Big and clean and with palm trees around feels like Miami. Great cocktail bar by the pool
The reception stuff are great, they allowed extra time to check out to accommodate

Cons:

The restaurant is not managed by the hotel and they are very rude. They did not allow up to seat at 9.04pm (they allowed only till 9pm), no flexibility

Great view with decent restaurant but surrounding property is filled with homeless and abandent cars and trailers.
