Best experience, I always appreciate my stays at the Hyatt Hotel. Was comfortable for me and my family. Front desk was the best❤️
Customer experience was amazing, all staff were very nice, they allowed us to do early checkin due to availability. We will definitive came back.
It was a nice place it was clean…. But for the price it could’ve at least had a microwave in the rooms… but other than that it was perfect
NO MICROWAVE IN ROOM
We stayed in this hotel for 3 days. We found the door lock not working properly and reported on the first day, a staff did not fix it but told us working. However, on the next day, the cleaning staff (but of course it was not his/her mistake) left the room after cleaning, and the door remained unlocked - when came back, we were able to open the door without swiping the room card.
This is surely a very unsecure practice.
I also mentioned this issue to the front desk at check out. The person treated it very unprofessionally and did not even apologize for this.
This is a very serious issue - causing unsecure room for the guest, and failing to handle and respond the issue properly. I would like to expect a formal response from Hyatt Group regarding this issue.
