It was just one night but I totally enjoyed it.
Pros:

Was close to Busch Gardens. Breakfast was ok but more variety would be nice. After a whole day at the theme park the bed was super comfortable. Room was very clean and the front desk staff I met were very pleasant and professional. Keep the good work up. Would definitely stay there again.

That I had to pay $5 for a bottle of water

Pros:

The only saving grace is the staff; they are simply the best! Very nice, polite, and caring people. The pool and gym are decent, and the breakfasts are tasty. But unfortunately, everything else heavily ruins the overall impression.

Cons:

I want to leave a review for this hotel so everyone knows what’s actually hiding behind the pretty pictures on Google.
First of all, the hotel is noticeably run-down: the furniture is very old, and the sofa was dirty and had a bad smell. A special kind of hotel torture is the noisy AC 🤬—it’s absolutely impossible to sleep at night! The persistent smell of mold in the room was also very off-putting.
If you suddenly need to do some laundry, just don't go there; the laundry room will horrify you. It's not just the smell, but the overall condition of the machines—everything is in pretty sad shape.

Pros:

Comodidad, cerca USF. Todo es correcto siempre que vamos. El personal de recepción es muy amable y resolutivo.

Cons:

Hay cadenas de hoteles con limpieza de habitación en días alternos, así que si estas solo dos noches, nunca te la van a limpiar. Es algo que debería aplicarse desde la tercera noche, porque no tiene sentido para menos. Ya lo sabíamos nada más entrar que no nos iban a ordenar el cuarto así que lo hicimos nosotros.
