La habitación necesita una limpieza a fondo y airearla.

La habitación se notaba que llevaba cerrada bastante tiempo y necesitaba una limpieza a fondo antes de volver a ponerla en funcionamiento y el equipamiento del balcón también debía ser mejor para el precio que se pagó por la estancia. Por todo ello, el precio es elevado para las características del alojamiento y, concretamente, de la habitación.
