was a convenient location with ample parking. Gym was fantastic. Pool was OK.
our room wasn't clean enough upon arrival. Mirrors had finger prints. Open can of soda. Carpets need to be cleaned. Sofa bed was awful!
Easy to get in and out of and not in busy downtown. Very large unit with jacuzzi tub in the room
The pair of dirty panties left in the safe we discovered as we unpacked. Had to pay per night to park in their lot not covered. Had to pay to park everywhere downtown. Eat at Fogo De Choa free valet parking. Would probably stay downtown if I go back to Atlanta in the future.

The man who ringed us up was short patience’s and over charged us for security deposit and said that was how it was suppose to be charged, then I saw later someone fixed the over charge. I appreciate that. Then he kept getting irritated by us not being able to use key cards. We went down to front desk 4 times and he gave us different keys. Keys wasn’t working and his attitude was crap.
We asked a day before we checked in to have our rooms near each other side by side or across from each other and he said we have room a couple doors down from each other when it was our kids and we found out we were several doors down and around a corner. So that was an inconvenience and I didn’t appreciate it but we were so tired by the time we realized it and the keys not working we just made due with all the hiccups.
The first room we were given seemed to have issues with the ac and was incredibly hot, went to the front desk and the young man there was able to switch us to a different room even though the hotel was almost sold out for the weekend. He was incredibly nice and even gave us a breakfast voucher for the inconvenience. After that, the stay was pleasant and we had no other issues.
