I didn’t like my stay and when I complain about it, no one reached out to me
Pros:

I was told on booking.com breakfast was included and it wasn’t. When me and my family woke up and went down for breakfast. They told us it was $21 apiece and that wasn’t in the description online

Cons:

I didn’t like that we didn’t have breakfast. My refrigerator wasn’t working. I had a cracked window pain in my room. When I went downstairs to tell the receptionist they looked at me and laughed.

The whole place is in desperate need of repairs, the elevators are rough and the room was not clean and in need of repairs.

Almost perfect minus the mattress (that's supposed to be the best part about staying at a hotel).
Pros:

The large whirlpool tub was a relaxing highlight.

Cons:

The mattress in the suite was largely uncomfortable as it had a large dip in the middle of the bed (as if it's overdue to be replaced).

Overall an ok stay but they need to work on getting the rooms more clean.
Pros:

Great location.

Cons:

Room was not the cleanest. There was hair from previous guest on the bottom of the toilet and in the shower. The sink by the fridge was not clean. Shower was way too small. It definitely needs to be updated. We also did not see house keeping the whole 3 days we stayed.

Stay was great for the price and Location.
Pros:

The location and How spacious the rooms are. And the water is actually piping hot. Parking and Damage deposit was refunded after check out really fast.

Cons:

Sofa Bed was old, broken, and impossible to sleep on comfortably. The staff was nice but basically told me its nothing they could do about it. Hotels should have extras of everything.. There are no extra facilities… towels, extra sheets, its like the comforters were washed a few times too many. The filing was hard as a rock inside the comforters and didnt keep me warm at all.
