New place better things
Pros:

The location was great I stayed there before when it was the Hilton I felt safe and comfortable and I love to Spa tubs this was the first time that I actually got in one after five Hotel visit next time I will bring the bubble bath I recommend if you stay there get you a spa tub you will love it

Cons:

Well for one The elevator was broke I don't know how long it's been down So everybody had to you to serve as elevator That you had to walk around so many corners to get to your room and for the first time visit there the pool was open every time I came in the past the pool was not open and it's fall so we couldn't even enjoy it the bed was uncomfortable usually they always have nice beds but I guess I got a room that you know my back so I'm not going to say the place is bad because out of stayed there about five times so hopefully I'll go back it'll be a little better

The location

Cons:

The elevator didn't work we had to use the service elevator. The customer service of the staff was horrible. The lady in the restaurant was rude. We should have been notified it was a $50 dollar deposit per day that was 300 additional because I had 2 rooms. There were no carts for allllllll the luggage we had so we had to make multiple trips. I could go on and on.

The elevators didn’t work I got stuck in the elevators 3 times. I had to switch my room from all the noise that was on the 5th floor. And because of elevator situation I had 3 anxiety attacks. When getting off the elevators the steps were locked. I will

My stay was terrible.
Cons:

The room was not what was expected. No privacy for the bedroom and living room. Room not spacious it was crowded with furniture. No blankets on bed and only one pillow in the entire room. Only 2 wash clothes and one towel. The beds were hard and uncomfortable. The elevators didn't work properly and the wait time was extremely long. Parking lot overly crowded. It took almost 30 min too find a space to park.
