Pros:

安価で相変わらず使いやすい宿
なんでも揃っているし動線通り動けば過ごしやすい

Cons:

1点だけ不満があるが空調が寒すぎる

あと、これは客のモラルだから仕方ないが近隣の部屋のアラームが4時〜5時半くらいまで定期的にスヌーズ鳴り続けてうるさかった。スタッフは注意できないのか

とにかくウルサイ。
夜中に入室される方達の配慮の無さに驚いた。
ベッドの作りのせいなのか音だけでなくガタガタ揺れて地震かと思うくらいヒドすぎた。

良かったです。
Pros:

福岡住みですが、博多で飲み会があり宿泊しました。中洲川端駅直結でとても便利です。博多、天神からも徒歩圏内です(20分ほど)。東京でもナインアワーズに宿泊した事がありますが、中洲川端のは動線がとても良く、設備が綺麗で照明も落ち着いた雰囲気で良かったです。ベッドは下段でぐっすり眠れました。

まぁ値段よし！
Pros:

地下鉄をおりて地上にでることなくいけるのに、リーズナブル！
シャワールームやトイレがとても清潔でした。

Cons:

カプセルは寝るところなので多少のがさがさ音は仕方ないのですが、パッキングを深夜も早朝もする方がいました。結構な人数されていました。
うるさくて何度も目が覚めました。

Pros:

奥の方のカプセルだったので、扉の開閉や外の音も聞こえず快適でした。

Cons:

扉を開閉した際にシャワーやドライヤーの音が聞こえるので、入口に近いカプセルだと多少うるさいかもしれません。
施設自体の対応等はとても丁寧で良かったですが、自分の周辺のカプセル内で電話をしている人がおり、かなり長時間声がカプセル内に響いてきました。
