下次再也不住了！就这样欺负独自出门的女性。被子感觉很潮湿，睡的不舒服！

前台女的脸特别臭，我退房把卡还给她以后，让她帮我存一下行李，她说退房以后我们就不能再给你寄存行李了。我出来旅游几百次从来没遇到过这样的情况，和我说退房当天行李只能放到十一点，这已经够让我震惊的了。然后我手里有垃圾，我问她扔在哪里，她就给我指了一下，我说这是吃的，扔在那里也没问题吗？她说你这是trash吗？她发音不标准我第一没听清，她直接翻我白眼！！！简直逆天了，办理checkin的时候态度就很一般，checkout的时候直接翻顾客白眼，下次再也不住了哈

The woman at the front desk had an incredibly unfriendly attitude. After I checked out and returned my key card, I asked if she could store my luggage for a while. She told me that once I had checked out, they could no longer store my luggage. I’ve traveled hundreds of times and have never encountered anything like this before. I was already shocked when I was told that, even on the day of checkout, luggage could only be stored until 11 a.m.

Then I had some garbage in my hand and asked her where I could throw it away. She pointed to a place, and since it contained food waste, I asked, “Is it okay to throw food waste there too?” She replied, “Is this trash?” Her pronunciation wasn’t very clear, so I didn’t understand her the first time—and she actually rolled her eyes at me!!! Absolutely unbelievable.

Her attitude was already quite indifferent when I checked in, but rolling her eyes at a guest during checkout was on another level. I definitely won’t be staying here again.

Apart from the bed and degree of difficulty finding this place, it presented quite well.
Pros:

I liked that the place was modern, spotlessly clean and had very helpful staff.
I would say that was the best shower I’ve ever had. I’d stay again just for the shower.

Cons:

Maybe it’s just me but the beds in every pod hotel I’ve stayed in have been too firm or too thin. But to me it was just uncomfortable. Judging by the snoring going on around me, nobody else seemed to have a problem. I thank the staff for being thoughtful enough to provide ear plugs. The only other thing is that it’s difficult to find. In the directions, they should stipulate that it’s on the same level as Gold’s Gym (or the level below Starbucks).

移動で1泊を泊まるんでしたらいいと思いますけど試験の前などはちょっと厳しいです
Pros:

綺麗で過ごしやすい場所でした！そしたらスタッフはすごく優しかったです

Cons:

パソコンなどを使えるスペースもっと欲しかったです、ロビーは男女みんな過ごす場所になってましたので安心して勉強などできませんでした

好立地でコスパの高いおしゃれカプセルホテルです
Pros:

地下鉄駅からほぼ直結の位置にあり、空港や天神繁華街に行くのにアクセスがとてもよかったです。施設自体もとても清潔で必要最低限のアメニティもあり大変助かりました。

Cons:

これはどうしようもない話ですが、カプセルエリアにいるお客さんの質（いびきや移動音）に当たり外れがある…ということくらいですね。神経質な人は耳栓があるとよいかもしれません。
