Very comfortable pillows and bed and great shower. The pool was amazing. The staff very helpful and friendly.
The main elevator and ice machine were out of service, causing everyone to go very far to get the other set of elevators. Especially with 100 degree weather. Was not nice.

Rooms small, AC didn’t work properly, toilet wouldn’t flush and had to add water to toilet in order to flush

the room layout was great, I liked the living space being separate from the bedroom. I loved the warm chocolate chip cookies we received upon check in and departure.
the bed was a little too low for me.
We were staying here as a quick one night before heading to the airport. Honestly I am
sad we aren’t staying longer. The location is fantastic, but the staff here were even better! Definitely will be back for longer stays in the future.

I had a wonderful dining experience! Our server, Natalie, was amazing. She was very friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we need. She even gave us great recommendations! I highly recommend this place and will be back.
Really enjoyed our stay. Natalie was a great bartender and the food at the restaurant was great! Breakfast buffet was really good. Staff in all areas were kind and helpful. Loved the spin the wheel freebies and the lobby popcorn.
Food and bar service was phenomenal
I stayed here over the weekend of the 27th, overall I had a great stay the room was nice and the staff were amazing! A special thanks to Adrienne at the front desk for always being so helpful always with a smile on her face. She mad me feel like she lives her job and like I was part of the double tree family thank you double tree and thank you Adrienne!
Our volleyball team was accomdated by Natalie! She gave us the best mimosas all weekend!
