I like the place, it was fair with the price. It wasn’t noisy from the nearby streets. I had no problem with checking in or out. I recommend.
Have always loved this Brand. A perfect example of why is Anthony who was our server for dinner. Born and raised in Phoenix he has been at this one hotel for 22 years. An exemplary employee!
Steak nachos were amazing. Huge and delicious. I'm sure they were premade but nonetheless they were excellent. Anthony was friendly and efficient.

I stayed at the Doubletree suites hotel near Sky Harbor Airport and it was a very. Ice hotel with a free airport shuttle and a restaurant on site. The staff was amazing, the hotel has a nice pool and gym. The rooms are very clean and good size. The hotel is not far from downtown and Chase Field where I went to the game against the Padres. I will definitely be back and stay here.

We checked in after midnight and asked for a late checkout… they declined and said we had to be out by 11:30 am.
We had a wonderful dinner at Brix. Great service, delicious burger, generous portions, and relaxed atmosphere.

Que aun que yo reserve un cuarto accesible y verme llegar en silla de ruedas me dieron un cuarto en el 6 piso NO accesible y despues me cambiaron a un cuarto justo al lado de la lavandería y la bodega de los botes de limpieza y llegaba un olor desagradable y el ruido de la lavandería y del personal era mucho no se si fue porque mi reserva era de booking o por ir en silla de ruedas asuman que no necesito un cuarto cin una vista agradable y que pueda descansar

I had a wonderful stay at the DoubleTree in Phoenix! What really sets this hotel apart is the incredible staff. They are remarkably accommodating, truly customer-first, and always eager to help with anything you need. They even take the time to learn your name, which makes the whole experience feel exceptionally personal and welcoming. Combine that level of service with clean, comfortable rooms, and you have a top-tier hotel experience. I’ll definitely be back!
