Loved everything
Breakfast was very good! The room was very nice, bed comfortable. Was perfect location!
Very good
LOCATIONS GREAT.
BREAKFAST WAS VERY GOOD ITEMS WERE FRESH.
BEING CHARGE FOR PARKING BECAUSE WE DID NOT BOOK THROUGH THEM.
THEY WAVE 75.00 DEPOSIT. DUE TO ELEV BROKE.......................................................
This is a perfectly situated hotel in Gatlinburg with easy walking to shops, restaurants, and attractions. The room was great with views over the creek plus a fireplace!!!! Balcony sitting was perfect. The employees were spectacular especially (and yes this isn't the correct name perhaps or spelling) Shania who checked on the room being ready and telling us about a site I asked about. Being a Diamond member, the goodies were provided and she reminded we could park in a Diamond spot.
Location was good
The outside entrance, sheets were no properly put on the bed so mattress was exposed. Cracks in the door made it hard to get the temperature in the room just right.
A really nice hotel and in a great location. We easily walked to lunch and dinner. Close to shopping and location was great to walk to local stores. Room was small but had a nice fireplace, balcony and new furniture. The clerk at the front desk was really nice and helpful to any questions we had. The main downside of the room was the age of the mattress. It was not comfortable and had to be past its usage. The main thing for a hotel is the bed and it was just not comfortable.
Location
Paid parking, even in dead of winter/off season. Elevator stopped working in am
I would love to come here with my mom and my two dogs and my cats my big dog if I can because I love when my mom and me bring my pets here as long as it’s pet friendly
Great location and great staff!
Everything
Nothing
It was a fair location. Long way to walk to the stores. Long way to walk to breakfast from our room.
Was not aware of 15.00 dollar per day to park our car. This was the first time we have been charged for parking in the 45 years we have been coming. Will never stay here again because of that. The lady told me some people choose not to park their car there. Don’t know how that would even be possible. When I asked I was hatefully told the charge is in the description. I had to look for a while and finally found it. It was hidden in fine print at bottom. Somewhere I would never have looked. This made us extremely mad to pay an extra 45.00 dollars for something I was not aware of.
