I like Indigo in general
I always expect they provide an amazing and special design
This is the third time for me to stay at Indigo, but unfortunately, this time was a bad one
Perfect location
Breakfast was very good, liked the teapots too.
Bathroom was a bit small, especially the toilet seating for the toilet paper. Room 204.
But clean and tidy, stayed for two nights and the towels were changed for each day and also the room was serviced each day.
Charming decor/ great service and great food
Location is great, the room was clean and comfortable. Good breakfast with ample options
Staff were very friendly
Lovely breakfast staff are very attentive
It was so central to station, staff were brilliant and our room and bed. exceptional.. and the brekkie was the best ..
Nothing
Staying in a historical location, with a great view.
Windows are draughty and light over in-room sundry provision did not work.
Location, the building, staff
£450 for a room only to find breakfast wasn’t included. The plumbing in the building is very noisy.
Location was fabulous across from the train station and an easy walk to attractions and the Royal Mile. Rooms were really well done. Great bed, towels, very clean and the restaurant/lounge was great. I will recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Edinburgh.
