La conciergerie, des employés qui discutent entre eux de sujets privés et font attendre les clients, qui ne répondent pas aux demandes simples et qu'il faut rappeler plusieurs fois pour obtenir un simple vase à fleurs...ou une rallonge pour un laptop qui n'est jamais arrivée , sans donner de réponse
La climatisation d'une chambre dont la commande n'est pas allumée et donc pas utilisable

Ontbijt : zeer uitgebreid, gevarieerd, verse producten (fruit, brood, diverse charcuterie, zalm, eitjes, diverse broden en baguette, diverse confituren, yoghurt); kortom zeer veel keuze. Cappuccino's zijn zeer mooi bereid en smaakvol.
Personeel: zeer vriendelijk !
Badkamer : zeer hygiënisch; alles aanwezig, kwaliteitsvolle producten (shampoo, condioner, body lotion, ...)

This a beautiful hotel in a lovely location. Perfect for visiting the Palace and easy access to the town and shops and restaurants. All the staff we encountered were super friendly and professional. The rooms were well appointed and had gorgeous views. Breakfast was EXCELLENT- with plenty of choice and plentiful! Staff in the dining room were lovely. Concierge too were excellent.
The only negative is the very expensive choices of dinner. So we ate out in lovely restaurants each night. Would have eaten in if only the price came down a little!

We have been a customer of this hotel for almost 15 years. We have our habits! It was the first time that we encountered so many issues that the staff seemed to be unable to fix. Upon arrival, the person at the Front Desk had many difficulties to find our booking. We requested an early check-in as we are Hilton member traveling with a child but once again, we had to further explain during hours. We waited for the room to be ready at the bar located outside but the service was as well very slow. Finally, our drinks came but with no olive or appetizer as it was in the past. After one hour awaiting our room, we decided to stop by the reception: we were told us that our room was ready for more than half hour but nobody gave us a call to inform us…
The room service was ok despite small portions and higher prices.
Upon departure, the check out (done at 10:00 am) was fast. We were asked if we were leaving right away after we underlined we just wanted to pay early to avoid queues. The subliminal message was not good as we interpreted this like « please leave the hotel! ». Last but not least, we noticed a huge mistake on the bill: the hotel charged us a room service of other customers (with a final price by almost 200€). No commercial or a little symbolic gesture to apologize was proposed.
We had a bad experience this time maybe due to a bank holiday (May 1, 2026). We were surprised that no manager was around as this in these times that a manager should be there to deal with these small issues. Not sure that we will go back soon.
