Did not get an opportunity to have it. But my husband did and he thought it was great.
I had a wonderful experience staying at the Sheraton Dallas about 2 weeks ago. Upon arrival, Johnnie ,the valet, waived my vehicle in, grabbed my door, and even grabbed my bags. He promptly signed me up for valet and gave me a warm welcome to the hotel. All the staff of this hotel were very kind and friendly. Valet even gave me a recommendation on where to eat, which did not disappoint! This hotel embodies the kind staff and superior service that other hotels should strive for. Will definitely stay again!
Felician G was our bellboy and he went above and beyond to help any way that he could! He was friendly and showed great pride in his work! We were there to celebrate our son’s Law School Graduation!
Your employee lied to my fiancé. She couldn’t get there the first night but the 2nd night she was refused the room I paid for. She called the hotel and was told my payment did not go through. My bank records shows payments were received . So my fiancé had to get a room somewhere else. This really affected her daughter’s graduation at SMU. I have filed a complaint and expect a refund. This was not Booking. Com fault. This was a problem with Sheraton Hotel downtown Dallas.
Was refused a room. This stay had been verified with Booking. Com and I had made special arraignments with Marriott. I was unable to be there and resolve the problem and the hotel had been given my fiancé name to avoid any problems. Marriott was also informed.

The hotel is very old. It needs renovation. The furniture is damaged. The carpet is worn out, and I’m not sure if it’s clean.
John, Marianas, and Stan did an excellent job. I was satisfied with the service. I shall return in the future. Thank you!
The staff in the lounge were absolutely incredible! I have never met since a friendly group of individuals.
I'm grateful to shoutout Johnnie the Valet gentleman and Paul the Bellman. Johnnie greeting me with the same enthusiasm each day during my stay as if it were my first day checking in, was one of the highlights of my stay. Johnnie helped me get in touch with Paul and he helped me with my large online order that was delivered to the hotel. Truly a team effort and kudos to them for demonstrating true customer service. Ill definitely be returning to this location.
It was very close to everything we wanted to do. The staff was very kind and helpful. Raj, Andy, and Junior at the bar were amazing! Eric at the front desk made our check in easy and fast. TK helped me with the elevator even though I believe he was busy going somewhere himself. Overall the best staff I’ve ever had at a Sheraton.
Keith and Maria at the M Club were nothing short of spectacular. Superb customer service to all guests visiting the lounge. Thank you for all the hospitality!
Keith took time to speak with both my son and I. After the first day, my son would stop in just to say hi to him. I really appreciated that he took a minute to show kindness and my son has had a great trip in part because of that.
Marie was very professional and friendly as well.
A great experience!
Marwan is the most amazing person in the world. He helped me over my 30 night stay from beginning to end and I will always come back because of his amazing hospitality.
Very clean and good location
NA
View, bed, room service and guard. This people really help.
There was a constant noise that made it impossible to sleep or work; apparently, it was the ELEVATOR. The entire room RESOUNDED with it from start to finish. If I could upload an audio recording, I would. The receptionist—the very same woman who later made me go up and down twice—lied to me; she claimed the noise would stop, but it never did.
Furthermore, they charged me a tax that had NOT been disclosed beforehand. I believe the "breakfast included" claim in the Booking.com listing WAS FALSE; in the end, they charged me for it.
A tall young man at the front desk told me that I HAD (in addition to the included breakfast) the option to consume anything from the minibar, as I had a $20 credit. However, there was NOTHING in the room—only coffee. So, that claim was also FALSE.
After the "included breakfast"—and BEFORE 11:00 AM—I could no longer access my room; my key card stopped working. When we went to the front desk to ask for help, they told me I had to pay $22, and they charged me that tax which had NOT been accounted for in the Booking.com reservation. The woman who assisted me provided terrible service; she made me go up and down twice because my key card wasn't working. She NEVER apologized for making us make the trip back down from the 25th floor.
