Excelente para largas estancias
Pros:

El staff es amable, la habitación en la que me quedé (Colibrí) estaba limpia y la cama es súper cómoda. Está super cerca de la "zona turística" en mis 9 días en Mérida casi no usé transporte.
Alrededor hay muchos restaurantes y cafés (caros, por la zona)
El hotel es muy bonito si te gustan las casonas antigüas, la alberca es poco profunda pero para darte una remojada está super bien. La neta me la pasé super bien. Me encantó que tuviera mini bar en el cuarto.

Cons:

Podrían limpiar mejor la habitación, pero nada grave. La iluminación del cuarto si es muy leve, si batallé

Ubicación céntrica; la segunda vez nos dieron una mejor habitación porque era interior y más amplio el baño. El personal muy amable en todo momento. Nos permitieron usar un estacionamiento compartido con otros hoteles, que está a una cuadra del hotel.

Cons:

La habitación de la primera noche fue muy pequeña, incómoda, el baño demasiado pequeño. Algo feo: no se puede tirar papel higiénico a la taza del baño; quizá por reglamentación municipal. Los jabones para la ducha son muy pequeños. Y las habitaciones son viejas, anticuadas, aunque muy limpias.

Evitar: baños minúsculos y no ascensor.
Pros:

Buena ubicación. Colchón bastante cómodo. Aparcamiento a una manzana.

Cons:

Segunda planta sin ascensor, cuando es un hotel muy grande, con muchas habitaciones, y tendrían un montón de espacio para montar ascensor(es) por lo menos para subir y bajar maletas (y cabrían grandes…), ósea, no quieren investir dinero.

El baño más pequeño que he tenido la desgracia de tener que usar en muchos años. Sentado en el inodoro las rodillas casi rozaban la pared delante. Abrir la puerta completamente era imposible porque choca contra el lavabo y se queda abierta a mitad. Para usar el lavabo tienes que entrar, cerrar la puerta ponerte detrás de ella y usar el lavabo.

Por estas dos cosas no lo aconsejamos a nadie.

Location x map given on the area and explanations x kept luggage

Cons:

Ac too noisy so could not sleep when on x it was very humid so it was uncomfortable x corridor light hit window in room and despite calling reception the light was still on past midnight. Second night had to go to reception in pjs since despite three calls no light was switched off by 1:20am x mosquitos in room and reception x spray was provided for room x

Una muy buena experiencia.
Pros:

Es un hotel muy tranquilo con buena atención. Está situado muy del centro histórico de la ciudad lo que te permite recorrerlo saliendo a pie del hotel.

Cons:

La habitación que me tocó fue una que daba a la calle y se oye el tráfico un poco desde temprano y en la noche...si no estás acostumbrado a un poco de ruido eso te puede molestar....para mi eso no fué mucho problema ya que tarde en la noche el ruido disminuye mucho y te permite descansar.

Algo básico sin mas, pero bien localizado
Pros:

La localización es bastante buena si no buscas estar en el pleno centro para no tener mucho bullicio pero estar a 5 minutos andando

Cons:

La atención del personal, sobre todo el recepcionista con el que hicimos el checkin y estuvo otros dias. Cuando había una chica la cosa cambia totalmente y es muy atenta
