L'hôtel est beau dans un style colonial très sympa.
Il dispose dun parking couvert a côté ce qui est très pratique.
Tout peut se faire a pieds
Un resto italien juste en face .
Le petit déjeuner buffet est très correct au prix de 130€M
Piscine très jolie

Cons:

Style colonial donc toutes les chambres sont a côté d'un couloir et n'ont pas de fenêtres vers l'extérieur.
Les fenêtres donnent sur le couloir.
On peut se sentir un peu enfermé et manque un peu d'air malgré la climatisation.

Ruido exagerado por el tráfico

El excesivo ruido a cualquier hora del día, incluso por la noche, por el tráfico incesante de coches, motos y buses: literalmente pasaba un bus cada 2 minutos y se quedaba parado al semáforo justo debajo de mi habitación, que era una "superior". Las habitaciones Standard son interiores y quizá hay meno ruido.

El hotel esta bien cuidado, el restaurante tiene comida rica y tiene excelente ubicación. Así como los meseros del restaurante... Son increíbles.

El personal de recepción es grosero e incluso te deja esperando para hacer el check in porque están jugando entre ellos y se molestan por pedirles su trabajo

Personal war super, zentral gelegen, Hotel überbewertet.
Pros:

Zentral gelegen, Personal sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Es gab heißes Wasser zum duschen, was in anderen Unterkünften selten ist. Ich kenne in der Nähe andere Hotels, die damit Probleme haben. Pool war angenehm, man konnte direkt von der Lobby in den Speisesaal gehen. Ich hatte mir bei Amazon Mexiko im Vorfeld etwas bestellt und ins Hotel liefern lassen, klappte problemlos und wurde sicher aufbewahrt, bis ich kam. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man spricht auch englisch, wenn man der spanischen Sprache nicht mächtig ist. Für den Pool kann man sich Handtücher direkt an der Rezeption geben lassen.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist innen sehr verwinkelt und verwirrend konstruiert. Die Fenster gehen größtenteils in den Innenbereich auf, der in vielen Bereichen sehr dunkel ist. Konstruktionsbedingt ist es im Innenbereich recht dunkel. Ich hatte etwas Glück, dass mein Zimmer an einem Gang, der offen war, lag. So kam Tageslicht rein und frische Luft. Die Zimmer sind spartanisch ausgestattet. Gut ist der Laptop Safe. Viele andere Unterkünfte haben nicht mal einen Safe. Hier konnte man alle Wertsachen sicher verstauen. Das gab einem ein gutes Gefühl. Die Toilette/Bad hatte kein Fenster, lediglich einen Luftschacht. Ein Kompromiss halt. Und das für mich Wichtigste war, dass die Betten zu klein sind. In meinem Zimmer waren die Betten 190cm lang. Das ist definitiv ein No-Go. Ich bin selber 194cm groß und hatte das Gefühl in einem Kinderbett zu schlafen. Auch war es zu hart. Es gab nicht nach. Nach zwei Nächten schmerzten bereits der Rücken und die Hüfte. Das sollte dringend abgeändert werden und Betten in Standardlänge vorhanden sein. Denn man kann den Tag nicht gerädert und mit Schmerzen starten. Ich musste mehrfach Diclofenac nehmen.

For it value hotel is decent

Cons:

Room did not have any soap shampoo nor conditioner. Has to ask front desk for it. Also when we arrive our rooms door was not working so they gave a suite for one night. Than next morning they ask if we had broken a cup. I was a big upset on the first day but over all hotel is very decent

No hacían bien la limpieza a la llegada había una cucaracha muerta y en los días que estuvimos constatamos que no limpiaban e incluso creemos que nos pusieron una toalla de otra habitación,vaya que tenía una mancha de maquillaje

Cons:

The hotel is quite old and shabby, which makes it seem less clean. There was gum stuck to the side of my bedside table. Only one socket by the beds to charge our devices. Strong smell from the drains at times. The wifi was terrible, kept dropping.

Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel. Il y en a plein d’autres à Merida.

L’emplacement en ville et la piscine sont les seuls atouts

Cons:

Une chambre sans fenêtres très passante car les chambres avec fenêtres sont trop bruyantes. Pas d’eau chaude. Le petit déjeuner très médiocre. La chambre me sentait pas bon.
