Categories

Cleanliness
8.4
Generally reported as clean and organized; one guest noted a missed cleaning on a day, but housekeeping is otherwise seen as reliable.
Service
8
Staff are often described as friendly and attentive, though there are repeated notes of language barriers (limited English) and an isolated report of an attempted double charge, producing a mixed but overall decent service impression.
Location
9.6
Repeatedly praised as the hotel's main strength — excellent location near Avenida Paulista, close to restaurants and cultural venues.
Room Quality
7.6
Rooms described as spacious and some bathrooms recently renovated, but several mentions of dated elements, occasional noise, minimal/small rooms in some units and uncomfortable furnishings.
Amenities
7.8
Amenities are functional but limited by an older building: small/slow elevators, tight parking spaces and some ongoing renovations; restaurant prices noted as reasonable.
Value for Money
8.7
Generally seen as good value by multiple guests (explicit praise for price-performance), though some complaints about pricey extras (e.g., bottled water) exist.
Food and Beverage
8.1
Breakfast is often described positively (very good/varied), but a few guests found it basic or lacking variety.
Overall Experience
8.2
Majority of stays are positive—spacious rooms, cleanliness and excellent location—yet there are strong negative outliers (false advertising claims, long elevator waits) leading to a generally favorable but not flawless overall impression.
