Pros:

Easy to check in & check out. Very friendly staff. The King Suite is great. Every time I book to stay here it's always a great time. One day I might actually get in the pool 😀.

Cons:

No channel guide for TV's, room windows don't open.

My Go To for extended stay
Pros:

First time staying in a King Suite. I love the sofa bed couch and the jacuzzi tub. It feels like a mini apartment with bedroom, living room, bathroom, a pool and free breakfast. The staff are friendly and the front desk was accommodating to me and my 11 month old twins by putting us on the 1st floor. There is a TV in the bedroom and in the living room which is great so we didn't have to be stuck in bed all day. Love that it's close to a few food options, a laundry mat, a liquor store and easy access to public transportation, freeways, and the airport.

Cons:

The windows don't open, it gets hot in the room because there's only AC in the bedroom. There is no channel guide for either TV.

Expensive for no sleep. Wouldn’t stay there again.
Pros:

Air conditioning was terrible. Like so terrible I slept with it off in LA in summer which means I didn’t sleep for 2 days. Loud, unserviced, I took a video of it it was so bad. You couldn’t hear the TV with it on. Room 432.

Cons:

No water pressure / air con.

Peleas en la noche al lado de la habitación en el 4 piso; no dejaron dormir y más que llegó la policía con armas en mano; muy peligroso; lanzaron gas pimienta y todo el piso se llenó de eso no se pudo dormir.

No pudimos dormir y más que llamamos a recepción para una ayuda no hicieron nada; muy mal ese servicio del personal; queríamos cambiar de habitación y no lo hicieron; no hicieron alguna atención ni reembolso por la situación de esa pelea, muy mal

They hotel and staff were great. The wifi was terrible.
Pros:

The breakfast was great. There were so many options. The woman taking care of things in the breakfast room did an excellent job of keeping things clean and refilling things constantly.
The front desk staff were all friendly and helpful. I had to ask them to fix my key card several times they always did it with a smile.

Cons:

The wifi was terrible. There was no good wifi in our room, the breakfast room, or anywhere we walked or sat in the hotel. If someone is travelling for work, they should not stay here.

If you don’t have better options at LAX, this would be ok
Pros:

This is NOT a four star hotel as rated. Positives - 5km to LAX (the reason we were there), the staff were fine, the room was huge and there was plenty of hot water. The negatives? The hotel is very, very tired and a little grimy. Not unclean but desperately in need of a refresh. Breakfast was part of the price but we didn’t have it, and the pool was nice - if absolutely freezing! The area (not its fault) is extremely sketchy also. I walked to the 7-11 and felt like an NPC in GTA5; many shady characters around and the area is filthy. Google says that the hotel has a shuttle on demand - it does not. Price wise it was ok I guess - cost us $250 AUD for the night which is still a lot for what it is.

In short, I would not recommend unless you had not better option.

I never stay there, but I am so angry because someone call me to say that be charging me for room I asked to speak to
Pros:

On July 3, I called the hotel to ask about the room and I mentioned it would be myself and my husband and two children and she told me that the room wouldn’t fit the children because the pullout bed was too small. The front desk clerk didn’t offer me any other room so I said well you have to cancel it then because I have to bring my children with me.
