Location was convenient to most areas we wanted to go. Reasonable amount of free parking. Staff I interacted with were helpful and kind.

Cons:

The room was fairly small and felt somewhat outdated. The bathroom had a tub with rust and a pedestal sink which was cracked. Personally, I found the mattresses and pillows quite uncomfortable.

Gute Lage, Hotel verfügt über mehrere Restaurants und auch ausserhalb gibt es viele Restaurants und Bars in unmittelbarer Nähe.

It was great. The meal and the service (Julia hope I got her name right) was topnotch.
Pros:

Bed was great, the pillows were exceptional.

Cons:

Couldn't control the thermostat in the room. Perhaps check the room for that.. Maybe have an extra blanket in the room.

Nice enough but would choose elsewhere next time.

The breakfast was fabulous and the staff very very attentive. Lobby is gorgeous

Cons:

The bathroom was very tight, we struggled to get our blinds up so we couldn’t look out the window and the photos made it look like a roof top pool. Which is why we booked this particular hotel.

Pros:

Exceptional guest services, accommodating, pleasant front staff. Clean rooms and the bed was much better than my new mattress at home! The breakfast is tasty too. This is my go to hotel!

Expectations exceeded
Pros:

Everything and everyone we've met during our stay exceeded our expectations! Front desk - super friendly and helpful! Room -amazing! City view from 7th floor - absolutely stunning! We could see the mountains ☺️ And the breakfast had more pastry options than we could eat! (Saying that, we did taste eggs scrambled, breakfast sausage, potatoes and fruits - Everything was top tier). This was our second stay at this place and already looking forward to come again!
