Was very clean and fresh Room.
Loved the oversized pillows, how clean the room was, and the take out option for the complimentary breakfast. Staff at reception friendly and pleasant! Easy Check in/out
The bathroom was really tiny, with outdated sink and shower. No counter, no bath tub, and the toilet is so close to the ground it was a bit difficult for aging bones to get up. I really thought I was getting a full size bathroom. The smoke detector needs new batteries!!

Bathrooms were way to small
The hotel room and facilities are super clean and updated. Our room is spacious and has a great view of downtown Calgary. There are lots of restaurant options nearby. The staff is nice and helpful. We loved the breakfast and enjoyed our stay a lot.

It was in close proximity to all the nice restaurants.
You have to request for a microwave and kettle and they charge $5 a night for those.
We very much enjoyed the superior king room. The bed was really comfortable. The breakfast buffet was a very good way to start the day. The pool and hot tub looked great but unfortunately we didn’t have time to use them.
The sound from the hallway or other rooms was noticeable at times.

The bed was super comfortable, and the room was clean and set up nicely.
The breakfast was fantastic, we really enjoyed all of the options every morning. The service was great for getting beverages as well.
We were not told at check in, that there was an issue with the pool, and that was one of the reasons we booked at Carriage House. The pool ended up being drained completely during our stay, it would have been nice to know beforehand.
The room got really hot at night, there was no A/C unit, we turned down the heat as low as it could go and opened a window.

Ziet er vervallen uit. Ontbijt heel magertjes. Bovenal was de communicatie vooraf en tijdens ons verblijf ronduit slecht. Ze wilde ons ook 2x laten betalen voor ons verblijf. Op berichten en email wordt niet gereageerd.
wonderful breakfast- liked the fresh fruit, really good orange juice and coffee. Food was the usual selection but better prepared than most hotel buffets.
Our air conditioner unit started making loud noises after being on for a couple of hours and room was too stuffy and warm to have it off all night
Standard room bathroom is a little small (but nicely renovated)
