This place is close by the freeway and 15 minutes away from OAK. There are lots restaurants and grocery stores close by. Free parking lot. Good breakfast with 24 hours coffee and tea. Staff are friendly. Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. They have a gym and a business center here.
House keeping told us to put the dirty towels outside our room to get clean ones but the clean ones never arrived they just gave my husband one.
Very quiet, comfortable, and the staff is great! I've stayed at this La Quinta on multiple occasions since 2020, some of the staff are still there since my first stay..
It is hard for the staff to monitor the entrances around the building, but some customers tend to leave these doors propped open, which seems unsafe.
The front desk attendant was very kind and understanding. She gets the stars. I'd give her 5 stars if I could. Hotel gets zero stars
I can't do bugs. I don't care if I was at a 5 star hotel if I see one bug, I'm out. Let me be clear on what bug means. Roaches and bedbugs! If I see it I'm leaving that very second.
I went to my room and came right back out after seeing bugS. I was not refunded my full amount of $150 but was given $31...
I called when the manager was working and left a message. Im still waiting for a return call.

The lobby looks great and the front desk clerk was nice.
The beds were very blown out. I sunk in about 6inches. Seems like permanent residences lived there. Smelled like smoke in the hallways. The walls are paper thin, you can hear everything. I should have complained but I really don’t like too unless I absolutely need too.
