Terrible
Pros:

I have stayed at this location multiple times given its proximity to my daughter’s university, and have like my stay until my most recent on 5/15-5/19 where the service was absolutely terrible.

Cons:

The service was terrible, my room was cancelled even after I was told my room was fine and could wait to check-in even after I repeatedly mentioned my late arrival, my room was super humid & musty, AC was difficult to manage and stayed at one temperature, restroom door wouldn’t close & would have to lift and slam, toilet would not flush, and lastly 2 of my party members left with bed bug rashes!!!!

- petit déjeuner variée mais pas ouf

- lit trop souple
- personnel pas joyeux
- trop loin de tout (faire 1h de route pour chaque visite )
- pas de micro onde au niveau de la cafetière pour faire chauffer son lait le matin
-lavabo dans la chambre 😱
- la fenêtre donnais directement sur la piscine ,(enfin passage de la piscine ) du coup rideau fermer H24
- pas moyen d'ouvrir la fenêtre de + de 20cm

You get what you pay for. Better to pay a bit more and stay IN San Francisco

This could be the cheapest hotel for those looking to spend several days in Sam Francisco without spending much money.

Cons:

The staff is careless and they constantly oversell their rooms. We got the very last room available the first night and we barely made it because they were about to give our room to another party. That very last room had a strong smell of cigarettes and had what appeared to be a ceiling with water damage and a leak. When we requested to be moved to another room, they told us to come back later, which we did, only to find out that they were sold out again and did not have another room to change us to.
