Very poor staff response to power outage
Pros:

It was clean, comfortable, everything started out good

Cons:

There was a power outage and the staff were not helpful or available. I arrived not knowing anything and when I asked what was happening they pointed me to a long unlit hallway with no emergency lighting. I had to find my way to my room in pitch black hallways and poorly lit stairwells with my phone flashlight. In the morning the power was out and I could find no staff downstairs. I once again had to navigate through pitch dark hallways with no lights with my luggage down 3 flights of stairs. There were not even muffins or fruit set out for the breakfast they were supposed to provide. It was right out of a horror movie. The power outage was beyond the hotels control, but the staff response was very disappointing.

Очень комфортно. Персонал работает 24/7 для удобства клиентов. Дружелюбие, внимание и уважение!

Cons:

Платная стоянка находится на открытой площадке. В машине реально почти сауна даже при весенних температурах. Простой тент или аренда приспособлений для машины в период жары была бы очень кстати

The Staff was friendly. The room was OK.

Cons:

I had to pay for parking when I am staying there. One elevator was out of order. Backdoor key lock wasn't working.
