A clean boutique inn at a convenient location
Pros:

To my big surprise, the breakfast included scrambled eggs with mixed vegetables, in addition to the one with some kind of meats. We are vegetarians, but never expect to have veggie scrambled eggs.

Cons:

The room was a bit small.

Great value, good location, nice amenities.
Pros:

Second time staying here and I'm amazed at how nice the hotel is for the price. I've stayed at places for almost twice the price that weren't nearly as great as the Maple Tree Inn. Comfortable bed, clean room with a fridge and a microwave included. All with a fitness center and a pool too!! Great value, good location, breakfast included. Perfect.

Cons:

I am not a fan of powdered eggs for breakfast. I would rather they didn't serve eggs at all if they were gonna do that. All other breakfast items were great

Overall, a very pleasant and comfortable stay with great service and a welcoming atmosphere.
Pros:

The staff were wonderful: friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The hotel was very clean, and I enjoyed the breakfast, though a little more variety would make it even better. All in all, I had a very comfortable stay and would definitely consider staying here again.

Cons:

The biggest drawback for me was the noticeable noise from the HVAC and some of the other equipment. The AC is also positioned so that it blows directly toward the bed, which I found uncomfortable during the night. I ended up switching between the AC and an open window to maintain a comfortable temperature.

The staff were excellent: very friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. The hotel was very clean, and the breakfast was good and enjoyable, although the selection could be a little broader. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and would happily stay here again.

Cons:

The main downside for me was the noise from the HVAC and other equipment, which was quite noticeable at times. The AC also blows directly toward the bed, making it uncomfortable to leave running while sleeping. I often found myself balancing between using the AC and opening the window to keep the room comfortable.
