Stayed overnight for a business meeting following morning. The housekeeping staff did a great job, the room was clean, but slightly dated in decor. The bed/pillow was fantastic and I enjoyed a great night sleep, truly. Although my room was close to the elevator, and on the street side, the noise was minimal thankfully. Our conference in one of the lower conference room was fully packed with people, and everything was confortable with adequate circulation. Not sure if the breakfast/ lunch were catered in, however it was excellent. The bar / restaurant staff were very pleasant, quick service and great selection. Would recommend for a value-add stay!

I paid through booking.com but upon arrival they took my credit card for a deposit and billed me $100. If my room was already paid for throught booking.com why did the hotel bill me additional $100??? Thats not a deal

Great location, housekeepers are nice
1. We booked the shuttle to airport at 2:50pm and the note they gave to me shows 2:50pm. But the staff wrote as 3:50pm. As a result, We had to rush in the airport. The shuttle was really hot, with no AC, driver drove quit aggressively on the road making us feel not safe.
2. We bought a bottle of orange juice at the front desk, employee charged us 5cad+tax and the label showed 4cad. After I asked the employee, she tried to argue with me but later returned the difference.
The staff were incredible especially the cleaning staff always made sure the rooms were cleaned everyday.
The furniture was outdated and mostly broken, I paid for the room upgrade but I felt like I got upgraded to the wheelchair accessible room. I got $100 taken out of my account then I got $790 taken out of my account a couple of days later and I’m still unsure why they said it was for pre approval on my credit card it didn’t really make sense and I wasn’t told about it. The hotel food wasn’t great and overpriced. There isn’t really any other place around to eat you do have to uber everywhere but Ubers were fast and cheap.
The location is convenient to the highways but there is a semi truck loading station behind the hotel that creates noise and traffic. This area is rampant with car thefts. Do not drive your car to this area unless you have a back up plan. The food in the restaurant is basic but the server is friendly and welcoming. The rooms are nice, kept up and does not look worn.

Staff beyond weren't particularly helpful. The food selection was severely limited for breakfast.
Hotel Shuttle was available but you will be billed after beyond 2 bags. NEVER seen that in all of my travels
