The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorisation form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card.
Kindly note that checkout between 12:00 PM to 06:00 PM will be subject to half night charge at the rate of the day. Check-out after 06:00 PM will be subject to full night charge at the rate of the day.
During Ramadan all bookings including breakfast will have full Suhur buffet instead. There will be no other breakfast served after sunrise but non-fasting guests are welcome to explore the room services menu. For half-board bookings, both Suhur and Iftar will be served.
Hajj Season 1447 AH – Guest Check-in Restrictions
In accordance with directives issued by the relevant authorities for the Hajj Season 1447 AH, guest check-in at all hospitality facilities in Makkah is restricted during the Hajj period.
Accommodation is strictly limited to:
• Guests holding a valid Hajj permit, or
• Individuals with an official work permit for the Hajj season
Saudi citizens are exempt from this restriction. However, they are reminded that performing Umrah during this period is not permitted. All government regulations will be strictly followed and extended as and when any official updates are received and published.

Until 14 Dhul-Hijjah 1446 AH (May 31, 2026)Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

Location and bus service
Booking kept messaging to say that Millinium informed them that my card was invalid. I kept updating. On arrival my booking was cancelled. I made another booking and added the same card again. Not longer I got another message saying that my card was invalid. And yet I paid for my stay with the same card

من غير المنطقي اول ماستلم الغرفه تزعجني الاتصالات والموظفة تطلب مني التقييم !! كيف اقيم وانا ما كملت عشر دقايق من دخولي وفاليوم التالي ايضا الساعه11 الصباح ازعاج واتصال وانا في وقت نومي والموظفة تطلب مني التقييم وانا لسى ع خروجي اكثر من يوم غير الاتصال ع غرف ضيوفي و ازعاجهم ، طلبت حجز كل الغرف جنب بعض وقالتلي الموظفة مافيه امكانيه لكن بحطكم جنب بعض وكل غرفه في مكان بعيد اللهم فنفس الدور ولما رجعت اتواصل مع موظفة اخرى كانت جداً لبقه ونقلتني غرفه ثانيا ع طول الله يسعدها يعني فيه امكانية عيب وغير مهني هذا التصرف وانا حاجزة يومين وكان معاي عدد كبير من الضيوف حول 9 .. اما بقية الطاقم فكان غير احترافي تماممماً ( البنات ) وهذا السبب الرئيسي في اني مافكر اعيد الحجز في هذا المكان اطلاقا + طلبت تنظيف واحدة من الغرف وخرجت لاكثر من3 ساعات ورجعت والغرفه زي ماهي + غرفه رقم 5045 رائحة الحمام جداً سيئة تجربة لن تتكرر و لولا دفع المبلغ بالكامل كنت خرجت
