Overall, the room layout was extremely cramped, uncomfortable, and poorly designed.
Pros:

The room was extremely small and overcrowded. The shower and toilet were almost touching each other, making the washroom very uncomfortable to use. When opening the washroom door, it would hit the bed due to the limited space. Additionally, the sink was located inside the bedroom directly in front of the bed, which felt awkward and inconvenient.

Cons:

Nothing was better.

Again, it was so unacceptable, we did not stay.
Pros:

The hotel is old, rundown, hot (no air conditioning), room was too small, old, dilapidated bathroom— totally unacceptable. We cancelled our accommodations immediately and went to another hotel.

No le pongo un 0 porque no me da la opción. Tuvimos que cambiarnos de hotel justo al ver la situación. Las habitaciones eran sucias. El baño estaba lleno de pelos, oxidado y con humedades. Tuvimos un problema con el congelador ya que necesitamos meter una medicación y el hotel no disponía de congeladores que funcionasen correctamente en las habitaciones. Inicialmente reservamos para 2 noches, pero como el personal tampoco nos ayudó en absolutamente nada tuvimos que dormir ahí la primera noche. Perdimos un día entero buscando otra alternativa pero finalmente nos cambiamos de hotel.

Not a good choice for central San Francisco. We will never stay there again.
Pros:

The hotel is centrally located in San Francisco. Unfortunately, the immediate area is now rather run-down.

Cons:

The room was small, old, tired & had no a/c. We needed the windows open to try to counteract the heat & humidity in our room. Sadly, this meant we suffered from the intrusive yelling & swearing of the drunks & drug addicts that populate the area from early evening until morning. Sleep was hard to gain.
