Good location, rest is very average and it’s ok for a night if you get a good rate.
Pros:

It’s a brilliant location, it isn’t well maintained or clean, the fittings and fixtures are average at best, staff are ok and rooms small, it wasn’t bad but it’s still 300-380 a night so you want it better than it is. I stayed a night so it was ok. I wouldn’t stay again. Better options available in CBD

Todo maravilloso, la habitación el personal super Amable y profesional sobre todo Christina fue súper servicial, al llegar me encontré una sorpresa en mi habitación por mi cumpleaños 🤗, la ubicación del hotel es magnífica y la.habitacion super confortables y limpia, el desayuno también fue bastante agradable con todo lo suficiente para comenzar bien el día...Gracias a todo el Team de Lance more MELBOURNE 🤗

Cons:

El estacionamiento con el que trabaja el.hotel ( ya que el.hotep.mia.o contiene parking)es algo caro pero lo bueno es que está muy cerca del.hotel 🙂

Pros:

This is the second time staying here and I continue to love it everytime. It is so close to everything and despite some of the rooms overlooking the laneway it’s still quiet! Staff super friendly and check in is quick!

Cons:

It’s not that I don’t like it, it just gave me a fright when we returned after a concert and a good few drinks in and the lift screen guy started humming or singing lol

Pros:

FRIENDLY STAFF, NICE SUITE.
LIGHT CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST SOMEWHAT INTERESTING, SEATING A BIT TOO INTIMATE. FOOD NEEDS TO BE RESUPPLIED CONSTANTLY AND THIS WAS SLOW DUE LACK OF SPACE.
WE WERE NOT TOLD ONLY ONE DRINK WAS ALLOWED BEFORE BEING CHARGED, BUT THE STAFF SORTED THAT SO A BIG THANKS TO THEM.

5PM DRINKS WAS FUN IF OVERCROWDED.

A LOT OF NOISE FROM THE OVERNIGHT BIN CLEARING IN THE LANE DESPITE BEING ON FLOOR 5.
BREAKFAST NEEDS IMPROVING.
WIFI KEEPS DROPPING OUT & REQUIRED DAILY SIGN IN, NOT GOOD ENOUGH THESE DAYS.

Disappointing Not as good upon previous occasions And we have in the past recommended your hotel to many other people

Cons:

Although we booked months earlier upon arrival we were told the room we had requested was not available
We left a out exploring card on our door at 8.30 am and returned at 9 pm and our room was still not serviced
The staff were ok but could have been a lot more
apologetic One of the 2 lifts has been out of service for months
On the Saturday night of our stay people on a deck area across the road partied all night so we had no sleep

最高の滞在でした！また宿泊したいです。
Pros:

立地・設備・スタッフの対応、どれも素晴らしいホテルでした。

ヴィクトリア州議事堂やパーラメント駅から徒歩5分ほどで、フリンダース・ストリート駅やショッピングエリアへも徒歩20分程度でアクセスできます。近くにはレストランやコンビニ、スーパーも豊富にあります。

ホテルの入口はやや控えめで見つけにくいかもしれませんが、一歩中に入ると高級感があり、客室も広々としていました。シャワールームはガラス戸が半分だけのため多少床が濡れますが、バスルーム自体が広いため特に気になりませんでした。シャワーの水圧や温度も十分で、エアコンの効きも良好でした。

アメニティも充実しています。スリッパと歯ブラシはありませんが、メイク落としやヘアキャップなどが用意されていました。ドライヤーも風量・温度ともに満足できるものでした。

ミニバーは利用しませんでしたが、ドリンクやスナックの種類が豊富でした。ワイングラスが備え付けられていたのも印象的です。また、周辺のショップやレストランを紹介するガイドブックがあり、滞在中の参考になりました。

朝食付きプランを利用しましたが、パンやフルーツの種類が豊富でした。夕方にはフリードリンクタイムがあり、アルコールも提供されています。多くの宿泊客が利用していて、雰囲気も良かったです。

何より、スタッフの皆さんの対応が温かく、気持ちよく滞在することができました。朝食時にはスタッフの方からコーヒーや紅茶の希望を聞いてくださり、席まで運んでいただけました。また、客室清掃やタオル交換も毎日丁寧に行われており、快適に過ごせました。

メルボルンでの滞在を検討している方におすすめしたいホテルです。

Cons:

エレベーターは2基ありましたが、滞在中は1基が工事中だったため、時間帯によってはやや混雑していました。

また、チェックアウトは11:00までですが、10:30頃にエレベーターを利用しようとした際、カードキーが反応しませんでした。フロントで対応していただけたため大きな問題にはなりませんでしたが、チェックアウト時間が近づくとカードキーの有効期限が切れるようです。
