Centralt läge.
Bra att kunna lämna väskorna innan incheckning och efter utcheckning.

Cons:

Bemötandet från mannen i receptionen var under all kritik.
Hälsade knappt då vi kom.
Min vän hade anmärkning på sitt rum. Detta bemöttes på ett mycket tråkigt sätt... "Det är aldrig någon som har klagat innan."
Fick därefter kontaktuppgifter dit hon kunde vända sig för klagomål.
Råkade höra exakt samma anmärkning dagen efter av en annan gäst.
Bemötandet från kvinnan i receptionen var dock klanderfritt.
Vid utcheckning bad samma man bara väldigt kort att få nyckelkortet.
Ingen trevlig start eller avslut på denna vistelse tyvärr.

Pros:

We arrived before the official check-in time and our apartment wasn’t ready yet, but the staff quickly found us another one that was available. That level of flexibility and customer service doesn’t happen everywhere, and we really appreciated it. We stayed in a ground-floor apartment and, although it felt a little intimidating at first, it turned out to be very quiet at night and we felt completely safe. The location is fantastic and worth staying here for that alone.

Cons:

One thing to keep in mind is that neither the Wi-Fi nor 5G signal reached the underground apartments, so we were completely unreachable while inside. It wasn’t a major issue for us, but it’s worth knowing in advance.

Gutes Hotel für Kurztrip nach London
Pros:

Tolle Lage in der Nähe des Hyde Parks. Dadurch viel zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Zimmer war modern ausgestattet inklusive Klimaanlage. Das hat meinen Aufenthalt echt angenehm gemacht. Das Bett war bequem, das Bad etwas klein dimensioniert, aber es ging. Die Ausstattung der Kochgegenheit war angemessen. Perfekt war der Kühlschrank.

Cons:

Die Sauberkeit war nicht ganz optimal. Aber das schmälert den Rest nicht. Preisleistung passt.

Well located but quite average
Pros:

The room was modern with good finitions and looked in fresh conditions. It had a small kitchen (sink, cooking material and microwave) and aircon, as well as a TV and a wide array of charging port on each sides of the bed.

The best points :
Really modern
Reception available 24/7
Charging port stations
Whatsapp group for reception/service - came right down with new bedding when texted at 11PM
Mattress looked clean and quite new

Cons:

The lesser points :
We were given a room in the basement
The room,bed and bathroom are small, with very limited space in the bathroom
Only one big towel per person
No hair dryer
The soap and shampoo are distributed in one soap dispenser in the shower
We could hear the noise from the bathroom and from other rooms
The bedding had a spot on our first night

Great location but the room a little disappointing
Pros:

Great location, close to the tube with lots of local amenities.
The room was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

The room was very cosy, and the bathroom tiny. It was great to have cooking facilities, however the hob didn't work. The utensils were sparse, so it was difficult to make very much.

Modern, Clean but Small rooms
Pros:

Location is wonderful, 2 mins from Hyde park and Kensington Gardens. 3 tube stations under 5 mins walk away means London city centre is only 20 minutes away. Modern rooms with everything for self-catering should you wish to buy breakfast and eat in the hotel. Nice shower. Staff friendly and reception 24/7

Cons:

Room was small. No space for a large suitcase. London prices are high but that’s to be expected.

Fijn kortverblijf op centrale locatie
Pros:

Stijlvolle, nieuwe kamer op toplocatie, goed uitgerust, grote frigo. De aansluiting met Saint Pancras gaat vlot. Veel fijne restaurants en winkels op wandelafstand.

Cons:

De kamer is echt klein. Er is niet echt ruimte voor koffers. Je kunt er koken in theorie, maar er is geen tafel.
Ik zou het afraden voor oudere of heel grote mensen of voor langere verblijven.
