Pros:

Sehr zentral gelegen, direkt am Anfang der Promenade. Zimmer sind etwas heruntergekommen, aber Zimmergröße in Ordnung. Personal sehr nett. Frühstück typisch italienisch mit Süßspeisen.

Cons:

Lose Telefonleitungen, Rauchmelder ohne Abdeckung/ Funktion und sehr enge Toilette. Es waren noch fremde Haare auf der Klobrille.

Was vor der Buchung nicht klar ist und nirgends beschrieben ist, ist die Parkplatzsituation. Der einzige Grund für unsere Buchung des Hotels war der Parkplatz. Der ist nicht inklusive und kostet 20€ und muss vorher reserviert werden. Der Parkplatz befindet sich 0,5 km (15 min zu Fuß) entfernt vom Hotel. Es gibt 4 - 5 Parkplätze auf einem abgesperrten Grundstück. Hätte ich vorher gewusst, dass man so weit weg Parken muss, hätte ich mich für ein anderes Hotel entschieden.

Das größte Problem aber ist, obwohl das Hotel direkt am Strand ist, kommt man nicht so einfach an den Strand. Der gesamte Strandabschnitt (ca. 95%) in der Stadt Alassio ist privatisiert. Diese Clubs verlangen für 2 Personen 60€! für zwei Strandliegen und einen Sonnenschirm. Der nächstgelegene freie Strand wäre etwa 1km vom Hotel entfernt. Zudem sind fast all diese Privatclubs laut Aussagen der Betreiber Tage vorher ausgebucht. Handtuch auf den Sand legen ist nicht. Nach Recherchen habe ich rausgefunden, dass dies ein generell Problem d

Bon emplacement
Pros:

L’emplacement est bien, proche d’une zone disposant de plusieurs places de parking (payantes et extérieures quand même, mais bon proches de l’hôtel).

Cons:

Cet hôtel est vieux, les équipements sont vieux, la climatisation fait un bruit terrible toute la nuit et le lit n’est pas confortable.

Rengøringen kunne godt have været lidt bedre, og morgenmadbuffeten var lidt sløj pga manglende opfyldning.
